They do have a platform of sorts but it really is too early to have a valid platform of much substance at this time. I am not going to search for you as you never attempt to read any information we find for you. Why are you so concerned with the NDP platform. Did you not support the Conservatives federally without a platform and whom have still not come up with one???????

Read my lips, no new tax cuts: PM

So you want those younger than you to assume your debt so you can pay off a mortgage. hmmmmmm. Let me know where you can get 10% interest on money. I would be VERY interested. -
No Stoker; no platform that I know of yet. They do not even have opposition status yet. They don't know the state of the economy yet. We have told you this over and over. Have the federal conservatives have a platform YET?

That was NOT my statement. Someone else said that American only care about America; I said that therefore Iraqis had a greater right to care about fellow Iraqis and their country being occup9ied as the American are the aggressors and occupiers. I don't think ALL American are selfish and self centered; about 50 % of them did strongly voice their displeasure with Bush and this unnecessary hostilities in Iraq. First they would be concerned with their own young people giving their lives or being left maimed for an act that is not making America safer.

The people in that riding voted for PARRISH not the party. Her views were well known and approved of by the community she was running in. The vote MUST always be for the candidate as they can change parties without voter approval and keep their seat.

Just shows that the Americans are still wasting electricity and NEED our power sources here in Canada. Shut it all down wherever possible. Just allow them the basics needed for survival.

See what I mean; he cannot understand anything more than 1 plus 1 and then he thinks it equals 3??????

Yeah right. A Bunch of scared kids that shoot at anything that moves. Only the Americans have that much "friendly fire incidents" I have a friend that works on an oil rig in Iranian waters. The only people they worry about are "The Americans"

That is the same site that carries the Banner; we don't do body counts. ????? Get real

Where did you get that figure???? Not the good buddy of the USA. As for the kurds that died; according to the American War college; at the time of this happening; it was accidental as Iran and Iraq were using different gases on each other. The college claimed that the kurds were suffering symptoms of IRAN gas. suddenly they change the whole story without any new evidence????

We need more information. Why he has no chickens; he could have a cow; trade milk. Unless there is a real need that he has good cause not to be able to address why should I give him the fruits of my labour. Let him buy my eggs. If he is ill and starving or such; I would give him the eggs for free. I would not give him one of my chickens.

Exactly; These animals are not really pets but tools for intimidation. Pitt bulls in particular have been inbred so much for fighting purposes that they often attack for little or no reason. One man I knew refused to allow his wife to take his child to the doctor after their dog bite the child in fear that they may put down his dog. Perhaps we should just ban any dog breeding without a license. Back yard breeders are responsible for these unstable breeds. I realize that many properly bred pit bulls are very affectionate and safe pets for the family.

Cartman; you trying to confuse Stoker???? He lost you on the first right of. He doesn't comprehend or read anything that doesn't back up his narrow point of view. He knows and we know what the NDP stands for. Specific promises cannot be made until they see the state of our economy and how much money is left to spend after the present government commits our money and resources for the next 60 or 75 years on a 4 year mandate.

22 - 35...Canada's forgotten demographic
caesar replied to ndpnic's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
We do need them to get involved and learn some facts of life and government. How will they ever be able to run the country unless they get their feet wet. They pay taxes the same as we do and should be encouraged to get involved and stand up for what they want from government. Some do need a reality check. I am a little old for the baby boomers by a year or two and my husband is 15 years older. -

Will You Be joining In The Protests Against Bush?
caesar replied to maplesyrup's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Hmmmmm sounds like you are all for a dictatorship and do not support freedom of expression. Sounds just like Bush; shooting down the opposition with no consideration of others rights to think differently than you. -
secretary of state; Condaleeza Rice

More hog wash. And what troops. A bunch of scared unarmed untrained young men. That was more a USA excuse than reality and certainly did not hold up as a viable excuse. -
22 - 35...Canada's forgotten demographic
caesar replied to ndpnic's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
ndpnic; You belong to the "ME" generation. Who do you think national day care is for? We baby boomers didn't have daycare nor do we need it now. We did not buy houses for 20 thousand with 100 dollars down. It was much closer to 50 thousand plus with 12 thousand down and that represented a large chunk of our income. $5 per hour was a GOOD wage. Who do you think built all the original roads, bridges, hydro lines etc; much of what is still in use today. We built those infrastructure with our sweat blood and tears; no modern day equipment to do the back breaking work; nor to keep us safe. We gave you children/ grancdchildren everything that we did not have as children; and we have produced a bunch of whining ungrateful spoilt brats. I do know that there are many hardworking younger citizens but there are too many who wants all the bells and whistles with minimum effort and sacrifice. -

iT SURE IN THE "h" was the Iraqi people who were attacked and died in the multi thousands because the USA did not like Saddam. Those cluster bombs dropped in residential areas are not targetting just one man . Geeesh. -
Will You Be joining In The Protests Against Bush?
caesar replied to maplesyrup's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Yeah sure, that's why he was in a four year sulking temper tantrum towards Canada for preferring Gore to Bush for President. Of course we matter. Who else would they blame when things go wrong. They pointed finger to Canada after the 9/11 attack (must have come in through Canada) our joint power failure; again finger pointing to Canada; problem originated in the USA. Same with the mad cow disease; pointing finger at Canada; It'stheir fault despite the fact that our beef industry is completely intermingled with theirs. Did we point to America when the first case in Canada was owned by an American who then disappeared?? -
The USA forces now are not well trained or we would not have seen so many "friendly fire" incidents that were NOT done during the "heat of battle" Britain's forces did not have that problem. Where are their leaders??? Sitting back safe and sound in America. It is a joke blaming and prosecuting some young person for the widespread torture of prisoner held my American forces.

A little too delayed; especially considering their reasons given for invading Iraq proved to be bogus. Gotta get them oil contracts all tied up first eh.

I would rather listen to an angry person like Parrish than an arrogant heartless tyrant like Bush. Iraq did not attack America, was not a threat to America; had no WMD; Yet Bush and Co allow Pakistan to condone its scientists selling nuclear technologies and parts to "rogue nations"
