Europe established a structure of peace in 1815 - it lasted to 1914. In 1848, there was a revolt (like now in Tehran). The Russians intervened and maintained the structure of world peace.

To have world peace - a structure of peace, America must get along with China and Russia. Iran is an irritating but minor player. I suspect that this supposed peace with Iran is based on America (Trump) talking to Russia/China. ==== We now live once again in a multi-polar world.

This problem in Iran could easily be resolved if America spoke to Russia.

After 1814, as Kissinger explained, we had a regime of peace. It collapsed in 1914. From 1914 to 1945, there was another Thirty Years War. Since 1991, we are seeking a new peace.

Trump met with this guy in North Korea - several times. His people met with fanatic-Iran recently.

For me, a Canadian, an Israeli passport means something. This person can go to Israel: a rich organised country. ===== At present, a Somali or Haitian passport means little, nothing. True, the holder has a place to go in this world. (But this person is poor. And the document is likely fake.)

In the 1930s, Israel did not exist. At the time, Jews had nowhere to go. ==== Nowadays, Somalis and Haitians have a country, a place. They at least have a passport.
