The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Chortle all you like Dancing boy but let's see if mr. army can answer the questions. Fair questions for anyone wouldn't you say. You don't think we should give him any special treatment do you? -
Why we don't fight in Darfur.
UShaditComing replied to eyeball's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I'm saying March 27 for sure and I can even give you the time. But right now why not start a thread on it and I promise I won't complain for the personal vendetta against me for voicing my opinion. You might even want to name the grounds on which the suspension will happen. At the moment I can't say because I see no grounds which I would be more guilty of than any others. In fact I think that my posts at the moment are far less in violation of forum rules than the personal attacks of you and some others. If picking up on a post which was just barely readable by commented on the motivation for some people to go to the military is bad in your estimation then it shows me your desperation. Do you want to clean things up? I'm more than willing but the nickname and the signature stay or I go by my own choice. The rest is negotiable and in fact it would be my preference to clean up the bad behaviour. Anti-war and anti-US aggression of course are not part of the bad behaviour. Any takers? -
The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Why don't you try to make an educated contribution to this forum now mr. army guy? The reputation of your persuasion and your buddies is depending on it. Do you want everyone to think army guys are a bunch of fools who contradict themsleves as you did on the waterboarding issue? You're against it but you're also for it? You're against it if the recipient is a scumbag in your professional military opinion? Is it your informed opinion which is backed by the training your professoin has given you? Are you more qualified to state your opinion on waterboarding or less qualified? Does your opinion represent the opinion of the military or would the military run from your opinion? -
How safe is your drinking water?
UShaditComing replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
All they're trying to do is show that Canada has contaminated drinking water because it's recycled sewer water as it is in the US in places which have a shortage of water. It's silly and it's nothing other than being a US apologist in the case of the bozo from New Brunswick. This thread is a complete waste of cyberspace. -

If you pick up on the incorrect break in the word percentage then you know what I'm talking about. And don't try to dance with me on spelling or you'll get slapped down on that too pretty boy. -

Nothing is relevant to you other than what you want to believe is it. But at least you aren't trying to applaud Nazism by saying they were socially responsible to the people of Germany. That's the pitfall all the extreme right Nazi apologists always fall into head first. The authoritarianism you mention can be compared closely to what is happening in the US at this time and has happened for all of Bush's 2 terms. It is what the people of the US are now beginning to reject. It's been an affront against their liberties in many ways under the disguise of fighting terrorism. Look at real life if you want to understand how Nazi policies are a mirror image of present day US government. It is the opposite of communism and that's why the communists hated the Nazis. Communism is socilism taken to extremes in a way but much more can be said about it. Socially responsible democracy is what I advocate and that has nothing to do with Nazism or it's policies. It's Canada's brand of capitalism as opposed to the US brand. There is a huge difference and most Canadians don't want any part of the US system. Sadly Harper and his gang of louts do. -

UShaditComing replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
No, of course I don't advocate hating. That's their game. I just expect that Canadians not be taken in by the US lies as quite of few on this forum seem to have been. Most Canadians aren't taken in by the lies on the Iraq war but about half are taken in by the pathetic lies on the Afghanistan war and really believe that Canada is there to do good. We're not there to do good and we are there to appease the US because we won't go to Iraq. In fact, if Karzai had his wish he would begin to fold the Taliban in with his government. Did you know it was publicly contemplated by him and he was dissuaded by the US? That would really blow the lid off of all the US lies wouldn't it! -
The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Strange logic you are relying on! Isn't it you who is excusing US aggression? Isn't it you who is expecting the trod upon people of the ME to just keep turning the other cheek? You are right that they are 'extra-legal' groups who don't play by the rules of warfare though. And the rules are expressly formulated to prevent that sort of warfare. But neither did French freedom fighters play by the rules during WW2 and few would condemn them for that. Neither would Canadians play by the rules if our country was occupied by a foreign army. We would fight on our own territory and even take the fight to the enemy's own territory even though we would be shot dead if caught doing so. All this is quite elementary and all that is left is to determine in our own minds whether or not the US was guilty of acts of aggression against the terrorists (freedom fighters) who struck back. I believe that it's obvious that the 9.11 attacks were revenge attacks and it's really stretching credibility to try to say otherwise even though there has been a huge propaganda effort by the US to do just that. The world simply doesn't buy it. Are you able to address that now without flying off on a personal attack tantrum against people who are convinced the way I am? -

Follow me around for a while. I'm going to kick some life into these American couch potatoes and Canadian traitors to their country. -
You're confused capricorn, I was meaning that the US is turning to the left. Canada turned from the Liberals because of the socalled sponsorship scandal. That was really only John Chretien keeping Canada together by appeasing the Quebecers at a time when they were most likely to try to separate from Canada. I personally congratulate him for his work and I also congratulate him for keeping us out of Iraq. Harper wouldn't have done the same in either case because he wanted us in Iraq and he didn't care about Quebec being a part of Canada. Also the Canadian people need to begin to understand that the Conservatives under Harper are liars. Their latest scam on environmental protection is a good example. Harper doesn't believe in global warming and never has but he needs to pretend he does and so he comes up with plans such as the current one which does nothing more than appease the tarsands indurstry. It's completely phoney otherwise and doesn't fool any of the oppositon parties. Sadly it may fool some Canadians and along with the right which doesn't believe in global warming and doesn't care anyway, he may just get elected again. So now you know and thanks for being my sounding board which let me get it off my chest.

Canada's need for more diversified trade
UShaditComing replied to UShaditComing's topic in Canada / United States Relations
Here's one example of how I see it rover. The Us had to cheat on softwood lumber and finally after having decision after decision go against them in the courts and not living up to the decisions, they were able to negotiate a deal which was more favourable to them because Harper's gang caved to them. In the meantime the B.C.softwood lumber industry started to die because of the US's unfair trade practices which were proven to be unfair. And now that they have won the fight by not holding up their end of the NAFTA agreement, B.C. is exporting raw logs to be manufactured in the US. And there went B.C.'s sawmill jobs. Those cutting the logs in the forest have no scruples of course and only are interested in making money on the logs. In many cases the timber rights are owned by individuals from the US anyway. You're damn right Nafta needs to be renegotiated! -

I don't have any special love for the military because I know that they aren't fighting for my country. They are fighting to back US aggression and if they think otherwise then they have been duped. I've been there and done that and I know how the gungho emotions of people in the military are played on. And then the other large per centage of people in the military are people who can't cut it on civvy street because they didn't go to school for very long. Which are you? I could already make a pretty educated guess based on your trouble with spelling words that are bigger than macaroni. -
Nearly 3 million Americans in Jail
UShaditComing replied to trex's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I didn't really say otherwise but it's not important to me anyway. The whole point is that Nazis were extreme righties and so are the neo-Nazis. So are the KKK and so are all the other groups who display red, black, and white pseudo-swastikas in order to make it clear to all who they back. Righties like you my friend who try to censor others for their honest and correct opinions when the opinion challenges your evilness. -
U.S. Presidential Elections 2008
UShaditComing replied to moderateamericain's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
So Canadians aren't allowed to talk about your election now? And we're not allowed to say that the US had it coming. And what else would 'YOU' like us not to talk about on this Canadian forum? -
The waterboarding poll

Now here's a novel approach. Waterboarding is bad and he's against it but only if he knows about it and in his valued and uneducated opinion the recipients are scumbags! A Canadian who listens to General 'scumbags' Hillier too much? -

How safe is your drinking water?
UShaditComing replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Actually they go to the river to spawn and die and very few eat the salmon after they have passed the mouth of the river at the ocean. But never mind that, it's the waste water thing that we want to talk to 'you' about. Did you look at a map of B.C. and notice the Okanagan lake in the interior and conclude that is where B.C.'s water comes from. It seems that you must have. -

The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
No, that's not true and now you are resorting to making up lies about me because you have been defeated with logical arguments. Look, let's look at this logically and just suppose that the 9/11 attacks were revenge attacks. What would you say then? Nations (the US) which attack others and kill them in their own countries will become the object of revenge. And remember, Osama was a renegade Saudi who rebelled against the evil going on in his own country and the US support of Saudi's corrupt monarchy which keeps the people down. You really don't think the US had it coming? I think it was obvious that it would happen sooner or later. -
The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
He mentioned it being done to the US military and you failed to inform him of the difference in having it done by unfriendly people. That makes you a torture apologist and an American apologist to boot. We already established that you are dishonest and out of touch. And I will decide if sharkman is an apologist or not thank you. If he hasn't come out yet and unequivocally condemned the practice of waterboarding then I have little hope for him. -
Thank you daniel and I know that these US apologists are not representative of Canadians. They're not even representative of Americans because the whole damn country is turning toward the left and against the US wars. The world did long ago and the only reason why Canada is lagging behind Europe a bit is because of the lies of Harper and his gang of extreme right mistfits. But I do so love to give them a little run for their money and you never know, some of them may just start to pull their heads out of their a--holes and smell the flowers.

The waterboarding poll
UShaditComing replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Just another waterboarding apologist smokescreen you're tryint to set up now b/c. There's a lot of difference in your buddies waterboarding you when you know that no bodily harm is going to come to you as opposed to having it done by an enemy when you think you are going to die by drowning. As the experts say, the emotional scars last for years or even indefinitely, not to mention the physical damage to the lungs and other body parts. For the military it's no more big a deal than doing the gas chamber routine with tear gas. They come out laughing with their eyes watering. You pro-touture people are really sick and nobody is going to be fooled by your trickery because they have me here to expose all your lies and deceptions. -

Canada's need for more diversified trade
UShaditComing replied to UShaditComing's topic in Canada / United States Relations
Actually it's you who is not paying attention, or maybe you just don't understand. The CAD reached parity with the USD way back in Sept 07 and has been bouncing back and forth from going 10 cents up to being down about 6 ceents and is currently close to par. While the USD against the Euro has gone from $1.40 to $1.54 over the same time period. If you live in the land of the gun you would do well to buy Euros. Isn't that nice of me to give you financial advice for free! Me pay attention, you clown? I predict the Euro to be $2.00 against the USD by the end of the year and if you don't think that's going to show the writing on the wall for the US economy then you really are out of touch with reality.
