I am sorry but cough I like lawyers, they serve a vital service to this country. I can't speak on Crown Attorneys because I can afford one that doesn't work for the crown. Perhaps that is the problem, one level of legal representation for those who can afford legal advice and another level for the poor. I have read some horror stories on Crown Attorneys and their inablility to represent their client. Maybe newbies shouldn't be allowed to practice Criminal Law until they do said number of hours for the poor. I know I'd be terrorfied to be represented by those that work for the Feds, underpaid and over worked without the job skills to do the job aren't a plus for someone who is innocent but can't afford qualified legal advice from skilled lawyers. It's not a fair system to the working poor in Canada.

In our estimation, CAIR used manipulation and fear, its own brand of terrorism, to force the school system to break the law and cower to CAIR’s demands. According to an interview with WRAL, Escamilla stated that he has had speakers in his classroom of various religions without reprisal. He further points out that the school has exhibited a double standard with regard to Christianity and Islam. Just as homicide bombers terrorize communities in the Middle East and terror cells plot mass murder in cities worldwide in order to destroy the Western world, CAIR is using the American legal system and the government-funded school system to deliver its own brand of free speech terrorism to subdue that which they find distasteful. We are being attacked on several fronts in this war; this is only another tactic used by radical Islam to destroy our way of life.

It's not a matter of if a student is charged but when, I can only shake my head at those who defend this as not being a religious issue. To allow foot baths is to allow a place of worship in a public institution, California forces children both male and female to convert to Islam for a week as part of a sensitivity training course. Now I'd have no issue with this if other religions had equal treatment but no only Islam is worthy of being tought. Well the Muslims use the foot bath as part of their Prayer ergo the foot bath becomes a porta mosque thus the University has not seperated Church and State. What concerns me, in Canada, is how far are we willing to accomade Islam? No other religion is currently demanding for "Special Status" i.e. bathroom sinks, Sharia Law etc? Currently radical elements use our democratic laws to further their agenda, how far is to far? The question I asked is this: For twenty/thirty years Muslim have been safely going about their ritual without mass amounts of injury in bathrooms why now is this an issue? Would non-muslims be allowed to access these foot baths without being abused by Muslims? Why are all students being forced to Islamify their University, isn't that forcing Islamic Idiology down non-Muslims throats? Why do Muslims expect someone else to "ALWAYS" pay to Islamify public institutions? If they are willing to pay to place sinks in public bathrooms, I'm cool with that as long as they don't try and enforce Islamic Laws when the unwashed masses use their sinks.
