Judge after judge is throwing these bullshit cases out with sarcastic comments about how the cases are total crap. And the idea that they were in too much of a rush to get Biden ballots out to check a couple of extra boxes on the same freaking piece of paper is insane. YOU people are deranged.

State judges of the Prog persuasion are disallowing things like suspending the count briefly, allowing poll watchers to observe, invalidate some mail-in ballots that lacked complete address or other information. Another sought to order the county to compile, store and account for all ballots received after the state's deadline of 7 p.m. on Election Day. Stuff like that.

The Democrats' pet, state judges seemed to be ready for these minor complaints in the early days and disallowed most of them.

This is now though and the republican lawyers seem to be be better organized and ready. Enjoy your small victories from the chaos of the first wave.

It's all about getting it in front of the Supreme court now.

This appeal coming up in the 11th circuit concerning a dispute in Georgia appears to matter, unlike most of those early ones you want to crow about. If your guys win this one I will be genuinely disappointed this time. 

I think there's still a chance to win Georgia because the real right under Trump is not many votes off there as I recall.

Are you telling me that you believe that 80M people actually voted for Biden...a full 1/3 of the entire country...more than Obama and nearly 30% more than Clinton, meanwhile Trump gained 10M voters including large increases in the black and hispanic vote?  Really?

BTW a 6 million vote difference does look a lot like Pre-election polling predicted.
