The NDP are filled with kooks. Most of their policy platform is just creating big expensive government bureaucracies for social programs. They want to create a country of government dependents and dream of an even bigger nanny state. That's not "moving to the center". Canadians don't want that and so the NDP have never governed federally and hopefully never will. Anyone who votes for the Liberals or NDP in the next election is either extremely naive or is a nutter and is economically illiterate. The results speak for themselves. The CPC moved to the center under Harper and I see no reason why PP wouldn't again. "Harper's hidden agenda" never happened unless you hate a 2% GST cut.

Problem is PP is too conservative on some things. He comes off as a typical rightwing ideologue. Hopefully the CPC govern more to the center like Harper did, they'll govern longer that way. Harper gov was lightyears better than the Trudeau gov.

Conservatives won the popular vote the last 2 federal elections and will win the next one as well. Maybe the pendulum is shifting. Hopefully its a sign that Canadians are rejecting this woke snowflake nonsense. Anyone offended by that last sentence is part of the problem. The 90's Liberals are probably dead, they've gone full virtue-signal just like the Democrats. Anything that could be offensive to somebody will be suppressed and avoided. You can't build successful policy when you suppress facts and avoid reality to spare some people's feelings.

I'm not the one with the limp dick. Most of the country has a limp dick apparently. Go out and tell your message to anyone who has had less than 3 children, they're the people you're after. All these white soccer hooligan incels protesting against Muslims in Britain are losers. They need to look in the mirror instead of throwing tantrums like toddlers. How many kids to they each have? LOL

What was the economic boon for the parents of baby boomers to have children after WW2? Most weren't agricultural workers and most of the kids didn't work and bring in income. They just wanted to have children. The birth control pill exists and people use it because they want to. Others just don't want to have any kids at all. Feminism and people growing up spoiled and lazy has done this. That's the long and short of it. I see it as a cultural and technological issue rather than an economic one. People were poorer in decades past and had kids even if they didn't live on a farm.

Everyone has free will, nothing is "imposed". America isn't forcing Canadian couples to not have babies. Caucasian Canadians shouldn't be blaming immigrants or politicians for their own family decisions. We need population growth to sustain capitalist economic growth on the TSX. Canadians don't have children so we need a lot of immigrants or the population will keep shrinking indefinitely. There's no 3rd option.

Stop whining and go have babies. Westerners don't want them anymore. They're lazy, spoiled, entitled. Our women would rather work and have 1 or 2 kids or none at all. Canada and every other western country is decaying by decadence. An endangered civilization. You stop immigration and the population of Canada will be 15 million in several decades. Wait longer and it will be close to zero eventually if reproduction rates don't reverse. So go have babies or STFU.

The British Crown hasn't existed in North America since 1953, so you've never officially sworn an oath to the British Crown in your entire life anyways. Multiple citizenship is an abomination that exists for convenience only and should be abolished. Choose your loyalty and choose it wisely. If war or even a trade dispute ever breaks out between the US and Canada again we won't know where your loyalties stand. At least the Americans are smart enough to not recognize dual citizenship, even with Canada. The Laurentian elties, especially the Liberals from Quebec and their cohorts, have eroded this country so much over the last 50 years and enabled limp-noodle policies like this. Our heroes who were born out of the battlefields of WWII are rolling in their graves.
