What a cowardly PM we have, one who has quietly paid out the money, Khadar has it now, in his pocket so it circumvents the legal action by the widow. It's non taxable and was done while Parliament was out so Trudeau did not have to answer to anyone. Not only that, he's away at the G20 so can't be questioned. Cowardly piece of you know what.

I wouldn't conclude from anything that he has mental issues, that's just a narrative starting the beginning of a coup. Trump maybe a lot of things, but he is not mentally unstable. Maybe if the Democrats and their followers modify their behaviour and quit with the violence while producing good ideas to benefit the population, they could win 2018.

According to the landlord they did not request him to remove his shoes until there was a disagreement which tells me that their request was not religiously motivated until they thought it would give them more ammunition. ( it did ) Even if the tribunal ruled that he violated their religious rights, fining him $12,000 was a over the top. The couple knew what they were doing, they don't have to pay for a lawyer in that kangaroo court plus they make a bundle of money.

The court doesn't say anything about a settlement, no doubt Trudeau did not have to pay out that money.

They only blurred out her face to protect her son's identity, if there was no minor involved they wouldn't have blurred out her face. The media has a lot to answer for when it comes to making and shaping a story. They are supposed to report, not make the news. I would fear for her if her identity got out, in fact a lot of people in the area might know who it is now. How is this treated legally in the U.S., do they have laws about taking and posting videos without permission?

I don't condone her behaviour or what sh said, but I'd cut her some slack as she was likely stressed out from waiting 5.5 hours in emerg. to be told by a 'brown doctor' he couldn't help her son. She then went to a walk in clinic. It is would not be racist to ask for someone who spoke understandable English, in fact it should be a requirement as it be life or death. Secondary issue here to me is that of people taking pictures/videos then posting them without permission. IMO that should be illegal.

Scheer was an acceptable choice, pretty bland tho, but he did oppose C-16 and carbon taxes. Supply management is an issue which he wasn`t going to get into but it may be a moot point after Trump has finished with little Trudeau. As for social conservatism, not much there for them as Scheer has promised not to revisit the abortion issue. I don`t see him being strong enough to beat Trudeau and for sure he et al are not as media savvy or able to manipulate the media as well as Trudeau does.
