    Hmm.. that sounds familiar. However, Ford was elected by a majority in the same manner other leaders are elected, it will be an interesting four years and no doubt the protesters busy.

The world has come in an out of numerous ice ages warming up without any help from humans, earth will cycle again, humans cannot stop it, no matter what we do. This doesn't mean we should go on polluting and not clean up our act and not everyone agrees with the hysteria.     Toronto City Hall needs a time out room for the opposition and public temper tantrums. The protesters kicking walls outside should be sent to their rooms and grounded for a long time; the histrionics are over the top.     This judge was the same one who awarded Millions to Kahdar and is a friend of John Tory. The hysteria over all this is astounding, looks like it`s going to be a fun 4 years.

    Unelected judges are in their position to ensure that the Liberal agenda continues even if voters chose a conservative path, it`s just not talked about. Trudeau violated the Charter when he denied the Charter right to faith organizations from students jobs if they did not attest to having his values. Ford is using the Charter as a complaint mechanism to resolve a Charter disagreement. Only one of these things resulted in left wing outrage. Dalton McGuinty took away the planning rights of every municipality in Ontario under the Green Energy Act which Wynne continued. No many in the MSM called them out on it and many of those now screaming about Ford now, never said a word about it.

      He can read.  BUT, he's got serious comprehension problem.  He doesn't understand what he reads.  Just look how he mistook the news that he gave.  And, he's quite stubborn too.

    Their interpretations can vary depending on their ideology, but in this case Ford is using the NWC to protect the province from judicial over reach. He's withing his rights and the law... meanwhile ---- Will John Tory and the self-preservationist Councillors meet today about gun violence --- nope----About the refugee and number of homeless on the streets - -- nope.     Chretien didn't say he should've been supreme, mind you, Liberals do tend to think that. However, the same can be said about democratically elected gov'ts being over ridden by activist judges.

    Agree there should no longer a tax payer funded separate school system. I don't think Ford has ever said he is above the law... Chretien however did say this: "…. in a society the elected people have to be supreme — not judges — and I subscribe to that.
