    I understand what the opposition party is suppose to do but there's no place for personal remarks and if Trudeau does/is a rotted job, them voters will kick him to the curb, just like Harper! One thing for sure the Tory defense critic, family is from the Ukraine and the way he goes on and on its ??? He's too personally and emotionally involve.

    The reasons behind the ME wars are the problem.     I do think its aimed at first time buyers over spending on a house they can't really afford but then why would a bank give them a mortgage? In some places, it getting expensive to maintain a house, so maybe first timers should buy cheaper and smaller and check out the property taxes too.

    Speaking of Saudi Arabia, a report out today, is saying that SA is using cluster bombs made by the US and that is breaking the law by the US.     Matt drudge is reporting that the judge was found with a pillow over his head, and other usually things in handling the death is also being report. Last night, on the news, it was reported the family doesn't want to know the cause of death, death certificate was done over the phone.     Those Canadian fighter jets past their time and parts for them was reported coming out of museums at one time, it would cost too much to keep them going and there is the cost of bombing and Canada has to do what is good for Canada and who cares what anyone thinks. The only party that doesn't like withdrawing of the jets are the Tories.

    Could Trump as president do any worse than the past presidents? Since the former governor of Ohio was part of the GW gang, I say no to him and Jeb, bad choice for the WH. Trump, Carson and Rubio stand a better chance BUT I sure somehow, Bush will succeed with the help of his friends, so to speak. Debate last night was very interesting.

    Let's go back to when Gen Power showed weapons of mass destruction before the invasion of Iraq. When I saw the pictures he showed, at the UN, I knew it wasn't true and those pictures were from Desert Storm and its news/ info. like this, that creates distrust in the news and government, at least , in todays people in government. Same goes to 9/11, the killing of the Kennedy bros., John jr. etc.

    Shouldn't these people be given the same kind of treatment as a MP that doesn't know French or English??? The kids coming into this country will probably learn French/English at school.

    Some info on the virus... a doctor in THE VIEW, said for some unknown reason the virus is in the sperm of the male and they don't know how long it stays active and 30 countries that have it, are were many go for winter vacation and Canada and Chile are the only one on this side of the Atlantic that doesn't have it because its too cold .

    I've read that theses oil and gas companies started to invest in "green projects" because they new oil was going to take a hit some time down the road. So watch to see more green industries pop up while oil is losing.

    Should paint the F-35 yellow because I just read online the F-35 can shut down when the fuel gets too hot to carry out its function as a coolant. Very expensive lemon and dangerous for the pilot.

    So what are the chances of higher transmission rates when those 6 other companies buy up the 60% and then hike rates and since they out # the Ontario government 40%, we (consumers) could really be in trouble. Yet, both, the provincial and feds keep saying seniors should stay in their homes.

    Why hasn't NATO stopped the flow of arms to ISIS and their money? Seems kinda useless of fighting them if ISIS has all the money and arms...... does NATO know what they are doing? guess it a good way to keep the war going.

    Did you people know that the countries that export oil are still exporting oil and that also including the US. So how is the price of oil suppose to rise if these countries are adding to the problem? So much for the Canadian and US relationship. BTW....has anyone heard that Canada may bring back the production of the ARROW or is it coffee shop talk?

    I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, but some of the cost is upkeep on the Nukes and the other is definitely the cost of putting up those wind turbines and if for some reason those wind turbines are cancelled after a contract is signed, the wind companies still get their money. I'm not sure how smart those smart meters are but if its plug in to an outlet it using hydro. The provinces and the federals want seniors to stay in their homes, so they are going to have do something to make it easier for them to do it and than means those seniors whose incomes are just over the low income class. BTW, the delivery charge and the HST charge is more than the hydro I used.

    Since it was the US, Britain and others that started this mess in the ME, why shouldn't Canada DO what is in Canada's best INTEREST, since that the line the US always uses. Russia has the #1 jet fighter in the world and now the US is throwing billions and trillions( money they don't really have) towards keeping up with Russia. We don't always agree with friends and family, this is no different. While the US and other countries want to be super powers, Canada just wants to get along with everyone, not fight them.

    Since there seems to be A vs B in news sources, then why not read or listen to BOTH sides and decide which u feel is more open and trustworthy. Canada's news isn't as bad as the US.
