$10. a day daycare will put thousands of private home daycares out of business. I suppose the Feds are banking that these home daycares would be forced to sign up and become the working cows of licensed agencies if they still want an income.
I'm saying.........THEY SHOULD ALSO BE UNIONIZED! Get the same pay/benefits regular daycare workers get.

The hostility you lib supporters have for the middle class is abhorrent. It’s $10 dollars more per fill up. Hundreds of dollars more per year. Not to mention the increases in costs of food, and people kind of need food every day. And wages might grow faster if you didn’t keep increasing the supply of labour, but massive immigration is a religion to you lib supporters. You create these problems with your shitty policies, and then blame everyone and everything else, while offering bandaid solutions. It’s pathetic.

Home daycares have been following laws. Like all other things, there are some bad apples - like as if there hadn't been anything bad happening in public daycares!
Imagine how many self-employed people will be out of business! When you add the math, these folks aren't getting anywhere as much as what we taxpayers pay for public daycares!

Quebec has Home Daycares. So I'm not sure why you're fearmongering on this.
It would be awful if the deal means that Home Daycares can't apply for the subsidy. But there's no evidence that will be the case.
