I feel very confident that Joe Biden will be elected President on Tuesday, whatever the end count is, but on the election that occurs on Tuesday, he will be elected.  On January 20th, he will be inaugurated President of the United States.  So, while we don't want to be overconfident or assume anything, we have to be ready for how we're going to go down a different path. 

To paraphrase, she said "I'm sure he'll win, the count will show by how much."

Only the most desperate of Trump losers could misconstrue that.  Especially as they ignore all Republican efforts to make voting as difficult as possible, because they know the more votes that are cast, the lower their chance of winning.  

Lol.   The context doesn't change the message.  It's still the same:  

whatever the end count is

How can Biden be elected President, WHATEVER THE END COUNT IS?

Even if Trump has the most vote......lol........she's saying Biden will still be elected president!   Therefore - it's rigged!

Thar's why I'm questioning if she's going senile!  She doesn't realize the implication of what she's saying.
