Once they're inside, and mixed with the population -  all you have to do is wait.  They can't monitor everybody. 

It takes 3 people to monitor one person - do the math.  How can they keep up with the expenses of  monitoring???

What Islam failed to do for 1400 years...invade and capture Europe...is being accomplished now in Spades with the willing collaboration of the leadership of Western Europe.
