Trump is very, very stupid.

Trump has no idea of anything medical, that is obvious. His question does UV help an infected person demonstrates this. Some folks heard that UV will kill the virus on a surface, and there's no reason to doubt that, it UV of a certain band has a disinfecting effect. But it cannot penetrate inside a person. Only a naive non-medical would even think that.
