Trump Documents Case On Hold
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
It also matters because there is an allegation that some of the boxes were sent by mistake. If they hadn't been gone through, then it clearly was unknown by the president and his staff that they had what they had. If Jack Smith rearranged the boxes to make it look like they had been seen, that would be his fraudulent attempt to add a layer to the case. Something the SCOTUS has accused him of doing in the past. -
The tape exonerated the President. He demanded they find the votes. Not create them. Find them. Case over. And I have disputed the facts in a different thread. I even showed you how the President is in charge of monitoring elections. You have nothing. Bragg has nothing. Smith planted something. Your fantasies are all falling apart. It's over.

There is no there there...but ok, you believe that. After the Stormy testimony and the Jack Smith debacle yesterday, Fani would do herself a favor to drop the charges and runaway. As for Trump, he's coming up roses. If he goes to jail, election is over. Trump wins in a landmark landslide and the Ds will have that mug shot and in jail photo hung around their neck for decades. If he wins his court cases, he will gain millions of votes. If he loses, there will be no change. The Democrats f'd up bad.

NBC News GA has granted a hearing to review if Fani should be dismissed from the Trump case.

Far Left's KGB tactics of demoralization

Thats why we need a Trump like leader. We can't have a Tim Scott right now. We need someone that hits back. -
(Bloomberg) -- Donald Trump’s criminal trial for allegedly mishandling classified documents has been postponed indefinitely in a blow to the Justice Department’s efforts to obtain a jury verdict before November’s presidential election. Part of the reason may be this: Special counsel Jack Smith’s team acknowledged Friday that some evidence in the prosecution of former President Donald Trump for hoarding classified documents at his Florida home may not be in the same sequence FBI agents found it when they swept into the Mar-a-Lago compound with a search warrant in August 2022. The concession from prosecutors in a court filing Friday afternoon came after attorneys for one of Trump’s co-defendants asked for a delay in the case because the defense lawyers were having trouble determining precisely where particular documents had come from in the 33 boxes the FBI seized almost two years ago. In their filing, prosecutors acknowledged the government had previously — and incorrectly — told U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon that the boxes remained “in their original, intact form as seized,” other than a decision to replace classified documents with placeholder sheets. Why did they rearrange the documents? It could have been incompetence. That's the more flattering excuse.

Zero self-awareness. Zero shame. You can't prove anything you said. Now you'll attack me because you know you've got nothing. That's how I know you know you got pwned. -

It doesn't matter who the sources are, does it? He's saying he was in charge of telling social media what they should censur and he can't define misinformation. Why not? I mean, it is pretty easy. Misinformation is inaccurate information. Disinformation is intentionally inaccurate information. Done. He couldnt do that? Why? Because they censored accurate information. So ot wasn't misinformation or disinformation. They censored information that countered the government response. They censored information that made the government look bad. Now they are trying to hide the fact that they participated in the largest violation of first amendment rights in the history of our nation. And you defend them. What happens when those same weapons get turned on what you believe in? Are you naive enough to believe the pendulum will never swing the other way? -
Portland police are investigating a social media post claiming responsibility for an arson fire last week that burned 17 Police Bureau cars. Police originally said 15 cars were burned in the fire last Thursday but increased that number by two on Monday as their investigation continues. Also Monday, a group calling itself “Rachel Corrie’s Ghost Brigade” said people had cut through a fence at the bureau’s training facility and set 10 fires in anticipation of a police response at Portland State University’s Millar Library Look at those peaceful protestors.

He denies it's a problem because you call it a problem. He's an anti-anti-communist. What ever position you take, he will take the opposite. He's just here to antogonize people. -
