Hamas broke the convention first, in other words those laws and only in place when both sides play by the rules. You really need to read the Geneva Convention and see that. Hamas started this by attacking civilian locations on purpose and they use the Palestinians as human shields by using hospitals, mosques and schools as bases for their operations, also against the Geneva Convention. You can't fight a war with both hands tied behind your back while the other side is doing whatever they want.

I am so tired about hearing about polls a year out, a whole lot can happen between now and then. Biden or Trump could die, they are both really old. Trump could be found guilty and go to jail or be found guilty and win on appeals or he can even be found not guilty in all four cases and that will change the calculus. We could find out that Biden was in fact corrupt as hell and taking money from foreign government for favors through his son The economy could get better or we could fall into a recession with high unemployment that could change things. Fact is polls in December a year before the election are useless.

They aren't refugees, they are people who are trying to obtain money to send back home. Asylum is for people in genuine danger in that if they stay they will be killed, not that they can't buy an Iphone. This is happening because a Democrat is in office and he ended stay in Mexico and they were told all about those wonderful Democrat ran sanctuary cities and states that if you get there you get to stay as long as you want because they won't let you be deported and all you have to do is say they magic word asylum and we will let you go wherever you want inside the country. If we made the environment too toxic for them to stay by making it impossible to work, get a home or any government services this would end tomorrow and there would be either mass migration back home or to Canada and they can become their problem.

Here is the problem that people fail to realize is that in some ways Bidens was more egregious because he had classified documents from his days as Senator. As Senator Biden he shouldn't have possession of ANY classified documents at all. Biden could see the documents but it is done in a special room where he is not allowed to take them with him, so how did he have classified documents in his actual possession? In Trumps case he had them but he was permitted to have them and he had them right after he was President which was normal and they knew about them but Biden had his far far beyond his time as VP that no one knew about and had some that should be illegal for him to have in any context in very unsecure locations.

Here is a refutation, i could take anyone out of context and then make it fit that narrative. At no point did he talk about any policy Trump had, all he did was take snippets from speeches. Proof is in the pudding and taking snippets from speeches and saying "see see he is a facist" doesn't fit his actual actions. As a leader he relaxed regulations and reduced the power of government. An authoritarian or fascist would attempt to take more power, which he never did. At no point did he try to take away anyone's rights or jail his opponents.

No there should not be any type of loan forgiveness without first fixing the issue of the insane tuition colleges are charging. Here is the problem with colleges now, they have too many useless majors and the government guaranteeing the loans for the useless majors. I think if the government is guaranteeing student loans it should be for something that is marketable and the cost is congruent with the earning potential and ability to pay back the loan, everything else should be left to the parents to pay for or scholarships. We have gotten it so ingrained in our society that college graduate= more valuable and more intelligent person and we have employers valuing a piece of paper over experience. I am currently a manager in accounting and my superiors require anyone working as a general ledger accountant has to have a degree, even though we have people who have been in our accounts receivable department where I am near certain that they could be successful in that position and wouldn't have to be trained as much as I have to train new accountants with a degree from outside. I had a buddy who worked as an engineer and he had people he worked with that had no degree at all but moved from drafter to designer to engineer and was able to do the job fine. I get that the degree can count as experience but lets face it 90% of the accounting I learned in college is completely useless in my current position. I think that the only thing an accounting degree proves is that you have the mind for accounting, which is important since accounting is an odd discipline where I have learned a concept that is simple to me is difficult for others to understand.

This works with both parties, if you have 0 chance of winning there is no point wasting your resources in running and they won't get help from the party. Usually these are the establishment people that have huge warchests and if a competitor comes they will be decimated, there is rarely serious competition for the seats. Now when they retire, move on or die there is usually a mad rush in getting the seat because they know once it is secure they will be the one that will never be voted out.

Yeah Newsome is the best, he presided over the worst migration out of his state. His city streets are covered in poop, needles and homeless people. Cost of real estate is out of control and they are one the most heavily taxed state in the union and he and his party have managed to decimate the once burgeoning middle class. Can someone please explain how this fake elector plot was supposed to work, were they gonna kidnap the real electors and replace them? Was this a provisional elector plot, where if the election was overturned they would be the new electors? If it was what made it fraudulent or illegal especially when it was done in Hawaii in the past? A lot of the reasoning behind a lot of this January 6 stuff is so stupid. Like somehow a group of unarmed protestors were going to be successful in overturning the government because they got into the Capitol. I don't quite know how that was supposed to accomplish their goal.

Here is what is frustrating about this whole situation, Israel is supposed to continuously take rockets being fired into their civilian centers and not doing anything about it because some Palestinians are going to get killed and why are they getting killed? I am not sure anyone actually know what Facism is anymore. It has become more of a label to wield against those you don't agree with more than a political movement.
