Hate speech should be free speech because quantifying what is and isn't hate speech is way to subjective and far too easy for governments persecute people espousing different views. Also I want to know what people really think.

Democrats are like the aliens from Mars attacks who kept on saying "we come in peace" while killing people. Democrat politicians do the same thing, they talk about freedom, liberty and democracy all the while they working hard to remove people from ballots, shut down primaries and arresting their political opponents.

So are you saying that ALL the other states didn't follow the law when they said no to removing Trump from the ballot. She based her decision on ONE states decision and who is to say what Trump did was an insurrection. I don't see anyone being charged with insurrection inside or outside of Trumps inner circle. Democrats are gaslighting everyone into thinking a simple riot was an "insurrection" that is why they treat Jan 6th like a holiday, the day we almost lost our Democracy and some grand conspiracy. When all it was is simple mob mentality and things getting out of control. Democrats have been violently rioting for years attacking everything from federal buildings, police stations and various retail and food service establishment prior but this was a line that couldn't be crossed.

Its amazing she took the ONLY state that ruled to remove Trump from the ballot, while every other challenge has been shot down to remove him from the ballot. I will be willing to bet she wants to run for higher office and this was a good way to get her name in the news.

I love how they talk about it like Trump did something, the guy was named 4 times, all of which was prodded by investigators with the individuals making benign comments about him, yet Clinton appeared over 80 times and none of them are questioning it. Just because Trump knew him doesn't mean he was part of it, I bet Epstein knew a lot of people that had no idea what was going on. Haven't any of you ever known someone for years only to find out he was doing bad things you had no clue about.

My definition of progressive: Entitled lazy babies who want everything now and want those with more money to pay for their BS. A group that doesn't know the difference between boys and girls and wants to force everyone to buy in into their trans ideology through laws and cancelling people. Examples gay people being pro-Palestinians even though they would kill anyone in that group on sight and are against the Israelis who have legalized gay marriage. Being pro-trans while throwing another "oppressed group", women under the bus and forcing them to accept males pretending to be women in their private spaces and to compete directly against them even though they still have all the parts that makes someone male. A group that insists the US taxpayer pay for their student loans that they were aware of the terms and took the loan anyway because they learned quick that a gender studies degree wasn't going to get you a 6 figure job or any decent job. A group that will violently riot at the drop of a hat simply because someone they don't like are speaking at a university or a black criminal is shot resisting arrest with little to no repercussions. Yet when the other side has a riot they deem it an unforgivable insurrection and are hunted down like dogs and kept in jail without trial for years. Progressives are heads of Universities that bans speech that doesn't conform to liberal ideology but needs context before banning speech calling for genocide.

The Democrats were trying to override state law with Bush Vs Gore, they already had recounts but Gore wanted to keep recounting until he one. The election was certified according to state law and the Democrats didn't like that.

The Supreme Court can stop it, I don't think it will need to get that far though. The damages will go down on appeal by a ton if not completely dismissed due to the lack of any actual damage and the sheer audacity of the judge being a partisan hack. New York WILL not seize his assets. Do you know how actual courts work?

You all seem to forget what really happened during the pandemic. First Trump tried to shut down travel from China which liberals responded with "Your Racist". Democrats were encouraging people to go to restaurants and Covid was no big deal until they decided it was then blamed Trump for it. Then Trump decided to slow the spread by shutting the economy down for a couple of weeks which Democrats took as until Trump is beat in the election because of the economy. You were seeing night and day differences between the economies of red states vs blue states towards the end of hte pandemic because the Democrats were keeping their states closed to hurt Trumps election chances and so they could force bs election policies to fix the election in their favor.

Hahahaha there is no Covid for Biden to hide behind. He can't campaign from his basement and he will have to debate Trump for real without being able to use a teleprompter. Biden may of beaten Trump by a lot last time but the election laws that helped him are now back to normal and he is losing minority and young voters by the day.

The difference is value is subjective and driving 100 miles per hour is objective. Who is to determine what something is worth, if 2 parties agree that it is worth that who is to say it isn't. Banks don't generally take your word for it when they determine if the collateral is worth the risk. Also people have shown that smaller properties in the area go for much much more that current judges valuation of the property.

A nutcase liberal just decided he was guilty of fraud with no trial based off his own valuations even though there was no victim, the banks that loaned to him don't even believe it was fraud. I love the insurance fraud case where Trump actually paid more for his insurance than he should of based on his own valuations of the properties, made 0 claims against said properties but somehow it was fraud on the person who paid for the insurance.

No, they will just not leave a single stone unturned to arrest anyone who even hinted at participating in the "insurrection". You all have determined insurrection= questioning results of election and rioting. We are going to need more prisons come 2025 to house all those insurrectionists, we are going to treat them just as kindly as you treated those on January 6th and none of them will be afforded bail and they will just rot in their cells for years without trial. I have learned the biggest difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats better be on their BEST behavior next year if Trump wins. They better not start rioting or even hinting that the election wasn't legitimate.

Honestly this is where the whole insurrection plan falls apart. What was the end game? At best they delay the vote. They sure as hell didn't have the firepower hold the capitol thus when they got in they just kind of roamed the halls for a couple hours and then left. If you were really planning an insurrection to overthrow the government Trump would of put super loyal people in key positions in the military and law enforcement who would root out those that would go against them and only have those loyal to Trump ready when the time came. Once any resistance was crushed Trump would dissolve Congress and the Supreme Court leaving only himself to rule. All this would be incredibly difficult to pull off in secret especially in this country with the technology we have. Honestly I don't really think Trump wants that, he is going to be 80 soon for god sake, creating dictatorships is a middle aged man's game. Trump has what? Maybe 5-10 years? If he is lucky. Essentially to Democrats it was an insurrection because the protestors wanted to change the results in an election they won, in 2000 they protested and cried to change the results in an election they lost. In 2016 they rioted all over the country in the hopes of overturning yet another election they lost. Yet these aren't considered insurrections.

Does anyone remember Chaz and CHOP where Antifa literally took over multiple city blocks and claimed that the US no longer had any authority there? That sounds like a real insurrection.

One thing to remember is that, Democrats are being watched and they won't have power forever. This abuse of power being done by Democrats will backfire on them. Here is thing, the only case against Trump that has any merit is the classified documents case which got severely weakened when Biden was keeping them next to his car in his garage and Hilary had them going into unsecured servers. We have never seen a party go after a current Presidential candidate like this before but they hold all the cards. If Trump wins the game changes. In the past no one wanted to be the first to pull the trigger on political opponents due to optics, it is the reason Hilary wasn't indicted. Now they have gone all in on going after Trump. I guarantee you riots WILL break out if Trump wins and it will make January 6th look like a picnic in the park. Heck they rioted when he won last time and you all have ramped up the Nazi rhetoric 1000 fold. There are a lot of politicians right now calling Trump a Nazi and evil and a potential super dictator so by Colorado's standard that WILL mean insurrection when violence breaks out after Trump wins. You all better not even question the election if it is close because that will be an insurrection. Update: The town of Dolton is now 7 million in deficit. One thing I failed to mention she is also the supervisor of the Township in which Dolton is in and she is using their credit card essentially the same way she is using the her Dolton credit card and she is doing nakedly illegal things by putting up billboards with her name and face in big bold letters and then just below it says something about a government service. She has done the same thing with their facebook page. Israel wants nothing to do with the Palestinians, why don't you start asking why Jordan or Egypt won't take these poor oppressed Palestinians in. The Arab countries love to cry about poor poor Palestinians but all they will give them is weapons to lob at Israel, they don't help them. See they are using the Palestinians as an excuse to wipe out Israel that is all, If the US wasn't supporting them the Iranians would start a whole new Holocaust.
