It's kind of what they do. Now some of the things, like rolling the coast guard into the military budget, I can kind of see that. I mean you could argue that it is a military style group and that its activities are similar enough that it belongs attached to the military But some of this stuff is outrageous.

He was given a degree when he wrote a particularly good thesis but he didn't attend. And being a professor at a different University is not the same as being a student You were wrong and now you're trying to pout about it. He didn't go to university, he didn't achieve a degree by attending University, you don't have to go to university to be smart.
