  1. well sure he could, but as even i've admitted he was so focused on trudeau and the carbon tax that it left him completely off base when trudeau suddenly stepped down and proroged parliament and 'installed' carney. That was a tactical mistake on his part. But he was closing the gap. It was a short election but Nik Nanos (No friend of PP's) stated publicly that if the election had gone on another 2 weeks PP would likely have won a minority. As it is he got almost as many votes as carney did. He lost by a thin margin in a lot of ridings. He didn't win. But he could have.
  2. Both of those are lies of course to try and make yourself feel better. The reality is that Trudeau is gone but his policies and the disaster he left behind are still with us to this very day. And Poilievre said he had a strong response to deal with the tariffs, carney said he could deal directly with trump and win that way and we now know that that was a lie Carney has been able to bribe a lot of people to cross the floor. And even offered one MP of judge position to abandon his riding. And whatever you do that it's going to be effective. And that might well be the death of PP, But the rest of your commentary is just a lie, which tells us you know he was actually a good leader and you had to lie to pretend otherwise.
  3. he spent 10 years as part of the governing body and 10 years as part of the opposition overseeing the government body That's a hell of a lot of experience. As to not being able to lead his party when he took over conservatives were at about 32% and had been for a while. He raised them up to about 42% in the polls and finished at about 41.5. Stronger than any conservative leader going back to Mulroney and stronger than almost any other liberal leader managed to pull off in that same time frame If it wasn't for trump in the NDP he'd have won that election and if Trudeau hadn't left he would have won that election. So we have to ask what makes you think he can't lead his party?
  4. LOUUZER!!! LOOOOOOOZER!!! LOL jeez kid and you wonder why everyone thinks you're barely a teen But you do. You've literally spent over a hundred hours here begging and whining and pleading and crying for my attention and feverously desperately seeking validation from me Hell you've even said dozens and dozens of times that you can't stop doing that unless i let you, that I have the power over your decisions. You're so fixated on me that well over 95 percent of your posts here are to me and are simply you freaking out and posting silly crap like 'LOSER!!LOOSER!!" over and over like a a child having a hissy fit. That's the vast majority of your posts over the last 3 years. You're absolutely fanatic about what i think of you. And what some others here think of you as well. (btw, it's not good )
  5. Sure i do. It's like goldy and bronzy right? That wasn't irony kid, that was you desperately trying to recover from having done something spectacularly stupid and realizing it after i pointed it out and already quoted it. She is indeed! And you chasing your tail is pretty cute too
  6. Do You have proof of that? No? Well then it seems like YOU who has no proof little guy Any proof of that? What proof do you have that praying for harm to come to those who deserve no mercy is evil? Lets see your proof. (also, pls provide proof that meditation is nothing more than repeating a phrase or mantra and nothing else) And Prayer induces neuroplasticity, strengthens neural pathways associated with focus, emotional regulation, and compassion while calming the brain's "fear center," the amygdala. So there you go.
  7. Well that's sort of true, there's nothing to win. The facts are right there. A couple could buy a home with an average income and live in it in 2015 well within what the banks consider 'affordable'. That's a simple fact. Amazingly, however, you somehow managed to lose A grade 7 dropout walking me through calculations gives me little incentive to argue with an id1ot. The fact is that housing was also unaffordable in Metro Vancouver when your hero was PM in 2015. Go find another subject to show your lack of understanding 🤡 We already went over why that's a lie when it comes to affordability. The price of a nice starter home suitable for a family of 4 in vancouver at that time was just over 300 thosuand And i posted the average wage. I posted the proof. LOL - what impresses me about you is that despite your stupid being pointed out to you you are never afraid to double down on the stupid in 2015 and even 2016 you could buy a nice home in most parts of the GVRD for less than 33 percent of the average household income and it would be big enough to raise a family. Simple fact. LOLOL you're freaking hilarious This is what happens when you run your life on confirmation bias
  8. I posted the data and went through it with you step by step. This isn't theoretical. In 2015 a young family could own a home comfortably well below the 33% of income level that is considered acceptable and also food and expenses were considerably cheaper as a percentage of their income Those are simple facts. Now you're making vague and unsupported statements because you know you have failed If you have to lie to make your point you don't have a good point. So is al so as always my question is why do you feel the need to lie like this? Life was quite affordable in 2015. Honestly wasn't that bad in 2016 and even 2017 was still borderline. Then it kept getting worse and by today it's pretty unaffordable to live in Canada Unless you are well above the average in You can't argue this, I walked you through the calculations. This is cut and dry and now you're crying and pooping yourself instead of dealing with it like a man.
  9. They both hated jews, they both hated gays, they both wanted to steal land that wasn't theirs, they both slaughtered innocent civillians on purpose and both wanted to commit a genocide. Was it THAT much of a stretch?
  10. why would that be the 'good thing'? You're just bleating out anything that pops into your head The facts are clear. IN 2015 people could afford to buy a home and live in it on modest incomes. Today they can't. Not relevant. ALL homes includes luxury homes and large estates that aren't a factor in 'affordability'. You don't need a 10 bedroom house on an acre to live "affordably". So, what would a 3 br home have cost? "In 2015, the benchmark price for a townhome in Metro Vancouver (specifically in the Fraser Valley board area) was approximately $302,600 in June 2015." So. 302k Not 760 k. That's the kind of cheezy lie you libs love isn't it A person in 2015 could get a good quality townhome with three bedrooms, small yard, decent amount of greenspace and frequently a play area for kids for somewhere around 300, 400 k depending on how nice and what part of town. The average household income was 65 k. So for a place that was worth 350k which is definitely towards the nicer end, you'd have a downpayment of about 17500. that wouldn't have been hard to save up. mortgage of about 1650. That's 30 percent of income, that's the literal definition of affordable. Plus food was cheaper as a percent of income and so were a lot of other things. SO, when we remove your lies we see that for a young couple starting out it was QUITE affordable to buy a home large enough to raise an above average sized family (the birth rate was already well below 2 kids per female). Average cost of a three-bedroom townhome Metro Vancouver 2015 - Google Search ANd that was the end of harpers term, all through his term things were even MORE affordable Sowwy kid, you just got your ass handed to you. But i love that you think if someone can't afford mansions in the british props life isn't "affordable' LOL nice try
  11. Awww, i made you have another hissy fit Well that's certainly not hard is it.
  12. Looks like he's going to do pretty well in the midterms. You're not going to be able to throw them out. So we'll see
  13. Admit defeat and prove me right And you did! Sorry, i forgot spelling mistakes send you into a tail spin LOOOOZZER!!! LOZER LOZERLLLLOOOOOZER! LOL and you prove me right again I accept your admission of defeat Sure does, that's why you feel the need to reply and why it sends you into these little emotional is he fits you have Kid, as i've told you, everyone looks down on you. You can choose to be better than that if you wish just like I outlined for you. And you really should think about that
  14. Be thankful you weren't around for the period he went through where he posted nothing but ass porn when he got angry Yikes Well there's not much to stop him now that he's got his majority. Why are they complaining? They got all those new trees didn't they!?!?!
  15. It was three words, if they confused you I don't know what to say other than your English teacher owes you an apology It's pretty easy. I'm fabulous so I'm great company Well you're wrong, but you must be used to that by now. There's tons of people I talk to, I mostly come here for people like you. It's hard to find as many people even on other forums letter is daft as people like you and Robo and X flyer etc. I don't really come here to talk for the most part, I come here to laugh at the freaks. There are some good people and some good conversations to be had but for the most part your entertainment, you're not intellectually stimulating Response to the very legitimate issues I raised was a picture of a monkey banging symbols together posted 20 different times That's funny to watch, like a cat chasing a laser pointed
  16. Once again you admit to feed improve me right with your reply You should actually think about what I said. It is the absolute truth. You don't have to reply or agree or anything along those lines, no one's looking for a mea culpa from you. But if you would realize the truth of what I'm saying and think about your behavior you could go from being a laughing stock here to being at least somewhat respected. That's going to be important to you as you move forward in life
  17. Well he does so he should probably get used to it and make peace with it somehow but I would argue that pointing out a failure of policy doesn't automatically mean that your party is useless. You can admit to a failure and look at how they could do things differently without somehow having your entire belief in the party collapse if your belief is healthy to begin with I have heard you criticize conservative positions, I myself have criticized many and even said what I think poilievre has done right and wrong, Not to mention what harper did write him wrong, and I don't feel that that undermines my support for both harper and the CPC and Poilievre So I'm not sure why his brain collapses at the mere thought of finding any fault whatsoever when it's so obvious that it exists Yeah honestly just don't get it. I have in the past scoffed at west can man and others when they have suggested that the liberals are a cult but there are definitely days when it's hard to think of them as anything but
  18. I guess that's your way of saying you don't have a rebuttal GOSH @Goddess, I CAN"T DISAGREE WITH YOU SO I'M GOING TO PLAY WITH MY CLUB AND BALLS!" Yeah, hell of a 'flex' there kiddo
  19. He's not in power. Why would you think he would be able to do anything if he's not in power This job is literally to say what the liberals have done wrong. That's what opposition does "STOOOPID PP KEEPS DOING HIS OWN JOB INSTEAD OF THE LIBERALS JOB!! WHAT A JERK! DERP!" Yeash guy. At least he forced the liberals to give a break on gas tax right now
  20. For investment didn't have anything to do with it and as a matter of fact provincial governments absolutely do have the authority to block foreign investors and in fact British Columbia did that for a time. So you are 100% wrong, the provinces absolutely can both tax and shut down for an investment if they wish But our problem wasn't for an investment. For a. Of time our problem was money laundering which added at least 5 to 10% to the value of our market every year and then it was the other problems that have affected everywhere. Too much immigration, not enough building, too much municipal rape and pillage of Developers, downward pressure on the economy and upward pressure on other inflationary forces None of this is terribly complicated but there's no doubt with the Gregory Robertson played a role
  21. Nothing. That's the problem for you. I actually understand what it's saying and you don't In addition as I pointed out the numbers are wrong and I posted correct ones with an actual link to the source. It's extremely clear that a family of four could find a place to live in Metro Vancouver that was within the budget of the people of the time and raise a family. And in fact they did. There was upper pressure on affordability but it was certainly not a crisis or unaffordable at that point at all Fast forward and since about 2019 it has become truly unaffordable. And a higher and higher percentage of people are no longer able to afford to live as people did in 2015 or 2000 or earlier. And we can point to the policies that actually made it worse and started to cripple affordability. It's not like I'm just pointing at the liberals and saying that because their flag was flying at the time magically they're at fault. We know why affordability began to suffer . I get that this upsets your narrative but I'm afraid that most of our serious affordability problems have happened more recently than you think, probably starting around 2017 and 2018 that things started to become actually unaffordable and certainly by 2019 it was a crisis. Covid made things worse and the liberals never recovered from covid, they just overspent and refuse to address the issues that needed to be addressed and affordability became the absolute crisis we see today Why do you feel the need to lie about this?
  22. Kid there are maybe three posts a year that you make where I and anyone else looks at them and says well at least it was a valid comment or argument. And I'm being a little generous with that number. There are many many thousands of posts where everybody looks at them and says what a waste of time and space this guy is. LUUUZER LUUUUUUUUZER BLAH BLAH!!! That sums up about 90 percent of your posts in their entirety. And literally all you do is argue for the sake of arguing. And I don't even mean debating, all you do is freak out against anyone who disagrees with you and demand that they are losers and so on and so forth like a child having a hissy fit I would love to see you and quite frankly more people on the left actually making intelligent arguments on this forum. As it is it's more like a petting zoo for those of us who have a brain to come and have a laugh at the monkeys jumping around and flinging their feces at themselves. They used to be one or two people that could put up a decent argument from the left but honestly even they are calling it in these days Why don't you try to live up to what you claim. Why don't you try and actually make intelligent well thought out arguments and when somebody comes back with a counter argument don't freak out and poop your pants. Deal with the counter argument, concede valid points and contest points where you feel you can make a rational rebuttal. Is that really so much to ask? It's another example of one of your valid and thought out comments that demonstrates how you don't argue just for the sake of arguing? LLLOOOZER!!!! I WIN!! that's your entire argument in most of your posts
  23. Proof i'm wrong?
  24. LOL kiddo making a post that is time wasting and stupid and then trying to blame your time wasting and stupid post on me somehow is both stupid and a waste of time. Fact is the stoopid usually comes from your side. People on the right here tend to make solid and reasoned arguments, and people like you tend to make.. well.. posts exactly like you did. Then the rest of us stop to laugh at you and the thread is off the rails. So, the answer to your question of why there's so much stoopid is staring at you in your mirror. Be smarter, the rest of us already are. That's not actually what a pivot is That's actually mockery. I'm mocking your reply because it is obviously not intended in good faith or as an honest actor, it's this weirdly dramatic senseless post with bizarre punctuation and spacing that I guess is supposed to make it more meaningful because the words don't You shouldn't use words you don't understand Whenever you make an actual point or try and make at least a decently formed argument even if it's wrong I usually reply to you with an intelligent response addressing your points but when you act like the 3-year-old you get treated like a 3 year old.
