  1. And the facts as provided with numerous examples including some that you presented stay clearly that the average person could affordably buy a home suitable to raise a family in 2015 in Vancouver and it's surrounding metros. That's a simple fact. As I've shown a three-bedroom townhouse could be purchased for 30% of the average household income. So. Those are the facts. It doesn't matter that it became less affordable. You did not say it was 'less' affordable you said it was UN affordable, I pointed out it WAS still affordable "WAAAAAHHHHH I WAS WRONG SO NOW I"LL CHANGE WHAT I WAS ARGUING ABOUT AND PRETEND I NEVER MADE MY ORIGINAL CLAIM!!!" - Linksoul sorry little pupper, It was still entirely affordable in 2015. Sure, you could Buy a bigger place in 2000 but you could still buy a place plenty large to raise a family and comfortably afford to do so. You can't today.' That's what liberal gov'ts give you.
  2. Translation : "I'M SO ANGRY I WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" sorry kiddo but the facts have been presented to you again and again. A family could afford to live in vancouver in 2015. Sure they weren't going to buy a detached house in Kerrisdale but they could buy a nice townouse and afford to live with an average wage Crying harder won't change that
  3. His comment was that he invented it AND that he did so during the CANADIAN financial crisis.
  4. Highspeed rail is a lot more expensive per km than skytrain class services. And the short answer is again there's just not enough of a business case to make it worth considering. It would costs tens of billions at least, it would require land appropriation that would be contentious and huge impact, and not enough people would use it to justify all of that,
  5. LOL so you admit you were wrong and you want your failure to be my fault Life was still affordable in 2015 in vancouver. Even 2016 wasn't that bad. By 2017 people were being left behind, even the 'average' people. At this point it's very bad. That's what 10 years of liberal rule gets you. She's right you're wrong. He did claim that, he did not invent it.
  6. LOOOZZZERRRR!!!!!!!!!!! I'm WINNING! LOOOOZZZR!!! LOL, let me guess, you're that kid who little sally kept beating up in grade 2 and all the other kids laughed at
  7. Awww Snowflake. So we're at the part of the conversation where you realize you got your ass beat yet again and you can't do anything about it so you resort to grade 7 level insults or lower LOLOL It's always fun to watch you melt down. So here's what happened, Me - Prayer actually has a strong real world effect that's positive Barqingmad - "I don't like religion so i'm going to disagree without doing any research!!" Me - "Your argument is entirely screwed up and here's the logic based factual reasons why" Barquingupthewrongtree; "DERP!!! Well... uhh.. well.... U A POOPY HEAD!!!" LOL!! You know what the secret is to always being right? Don't let your feelings drive your argument. And do your homework and only speak up when you know you've got a very solid case. It would be vastly more interesting talking to you if you did that
  8. Another repetitive post from a boy pretending to be a man "LOOOZER!! I win the argument if i say that enough! LOOOOZER!!!" -Exflyer LLLLLUUUUUUUUZZZZERRRRr!!!! (i'm winning!) - Exflyer
  9. Whereas you were an lDIOT before anyone explained anything.
  10. It means you're drinking on the weekend again doesn't it well god knows you need to blame SOMEONE other than yourself for your stupidity. No open fires, and sure that's frustrating but that's already stretching the boundaries of what they should be allowed to do. Saying 'nobody is allowed to use the land at all" is just not reasonable Oh and it's always cute when you try your best to sound smart LOL
  11. LOL oh dear, you're back to look even more stupid i see Well lets take a look Yep. "Strained", But affordable LOL Didn't take you long to look stupid did it Yep people bought and sold homes. Still affordable. That's why there were people buying homes. Yep, vancouver and toronto went up.... BUT STILL AFFORDABLE But you could buy a townhouse afffordably Erosion... but still affordable So hardly at all for condos. You mean... i was right all along Still affordable LLOL So .... AFFORDABLE!!!! Just like i said You literally just posted proof that everything i said previously is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!!!!! You weren't going to buy a big mansion as a first time home buyer, but it was ENTIRELY affordable to buy a nice town house big enough to comfortably raise a family. You JUST PROVED ME RIGHT. Do you not READ things before you post them? LOL So according to YOUR information, condo and townhome prices stayed low and affordable. So it was quite affordable to live in vancouver in 2015. Which is what i've said all along LOL You are easily the tardiest of tards What kind of twat posts proof that the OTHER guy is right
  12. Just a side shout out to Westcanman who started this thread. 229 pages and it's kept us laughing through all kinds of times good and bad, and strangely when you go look through it its like a weird time capsule of the events of the day. I wish we could download the thread and have it as a record of what people were laughing at through the times.
  13. Another repeated post made while he's crying his eyes out because everyone's mean to him by ExFlyer Awww muffin, have a cookie and a nap. You'll be fine Yup, me too. Bet that Goddess is the same, and a few others The "boy who doesn't care about others opinions" wakes up every day and runs to the computer to put down arrows out for those he doesn't like
  14. Yeah.' That says it went up It did. But it was still affordable DERP!! LOL you still lose kiddo, I already said it had gone up. But it was still affordable. I don't think you understand what the word 'affordable' means "In 2015, average couples in Vancouver could still purchase a home" 2015 vancouver average couples could still buy a home - Google Search End of story. BUUUUUT.... Interest Rates: 5-year fixed rates were at historic lows, often around 3.71%, which helped offset high home prices. 'So even tho prices went up, interest rates went down so the actual monthly price of owning a home still wasn't that bad. You really Derped that one And... "While prices were high, that $100k in 2015 provided significantly more buying power—covering roughly one-quarter of a typical condo cost—than in 2025, when that same amount covered just one-seventh of the cost" In fact: In 2025, it is exceptionally challenging but not impossible for the average Vancouver couple to buy a home, IN other words, not affordable. In 2015 the average couple could buy a home. In 2025 that was 'exceptionally challenging". You lose kiddo
  15. LOOOZER LOOOOOZER DERP!! LOL ever time you do that people here think a little less of you, and that's not easy LOL You really do sound like someone who's in high school at best. "BEST U CUD DU DERP!?!?!!" Sigh, if only your mother had told you NOT to eat the crayons when you were younger. And by 'younger' i mean last Thursday.
  16. LOL go tell your mom you need your diaper changed again LOLOL you're stuck in repeat mode and constantly soiling yourself I love that i've made you afraid to say loser tho, you're so easy to manipulate
  17. ?? you have a hairball again? LOLOL lbut not so little obtuse meaningless or petty that i wake up every day and jump online to put down arrows on all my "enemies" that i supposedly "Don't care about" while i cry into my cheerios like you do LOOOOZER!! LOOOOOOZER!!! Did i win yet? One more. LOOOOOOOZER!!! LOL, You're about 80 percent of the way to having a decent moose call kiddo
  18. Nope still affordable. I'mma just leave this here: Affordability gains become weaker and sparser in Canada - RBC Economics Wah wah waaaaaahhhh... housing got more affordable under harper and was still extremely affordable for townhomes and apartments even at the end of his term. And it went up precisely as i said under the libs Vancouver was affordable, canada was generally even more affordable, and that's according to statcan and now the royal bank. Hard fail on your part kiddo
  19. Well of course he hasn't responded. I'll have to stop laughing first 😆 Whether she likes it or not caitlin is not a female biologically and sex refers to biological sex not gender. Putting false information on a passport so that you can feel better is not only inappropriate it's dangerous I would be in favor of adding a designation such as tF or tM to stand for trans female and trans male. Even though sex is biological I feel that's not an inappropriate because it indicates that the person may be transitioning and there may be some physical and medical issues associated with that. Seems like a reasonable compromise. I think trans females are going to have to realize that they are trans females and we can call them trans females and it's perfectly legit but they're not really females nor are they really males either arguably. Especially if they've begun transition But to date the trans community hasn't really been that interested in reasonable compromise. They insist you do what they want or you're a terrible person who deserves to die. Or at least spend life in jail. So if they're not getting as much sympathy as they might like right at the moment that's probably on them. My advice would be to take a break and come back at it from a point of view of being extremely reasonable and fair. Demanding the people lie is not a reasonable or fair position. Demanding that international documents be falsified is not a real or fair position. Indicating that somebody is a transgender person and is a transgender female if not a biological one is a reasonable and fair position and what's everybody treat the person appropriately without lying or providing false information
  20. Dude you are obviously not only disappointed but emotionally upset, and it's obvious that you care tremendously considering you spend all morning going to my feed and goddesses To post dozens of little down arrows because you're so sad and crying that we're mean to you I'm sure it upsets you to hear that. I KNOW! MAYBE IF YOU SAY "LOSER" AGAIN IT"LL ALL BE BETTER!!!!! Give that a try LOL!!
  21. LOOOOZER LOOOOOOOOOZER!!! (Mommie come change my diapers!!!) ROFLMAO!!! You just never miss an opportunity to look like a twat do you
  22. If that's the case I provided more than you did. But you've already accepted that what I said was true, which isn't surprising it's fairly common knowledge and certainly easy to find with a quick search Nothing. I never brought up right wing Christianity or any kind of Christianity. In fact I never even mentioned a religion. Let me guess, we're at the point where you are about to try and lie your way past the fact that you're looking stupid again, Start a fake argument about something I never said, and then try and argue against that Lol well as i said You created a fake thing that I've never said and now you're trying to make that the argument Kid. If your brains that dull, it sounds like you need to pray more
  23. Sure, but it's also a fact the sun rises in the east in canada. That doesn't mean the cost of living was high in 2015, and it's about as relevant as what you posted. Life isn't "unaffordable" just because you can't afford a mansion in the british props which was your argument. The fact, and i've proved this several times, is that a person or couple earning an average wage could comfortably have purchased a home suitable for raising two kids with lots of space. Life was affordable. You could buy a home for 30 percent of your pre tax income or less, food was cheaper, so was most other thingis. Very affordable. And you were never "arguing", you were whining and pooping your pants every post after the one where i showed you the facts. One thing that ISN"T argued is that after 11 years of liberals that isn't true any more. Life today is Not affordable for the average person earning an average wage. Even two people earning better than average wages will have to overextend to get by. 25 percent of Canadians will use the food banks (in 2025, probably 2026). Life was good under harper. IT's a disaster under the libs.
  24. Some more fallout from "Liberal sound fiscal management" Posthaste: Canada faces an entrepreneurial ‘drought’ as more businesses close than open More small businesses closed than opened in Canada for the sixth consecutive quarter, according to research by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). Small-business exit rates hit 5.6 per cent in the second quarter of 2025, while the entry rate fell to 4.8 per cent in the fourth quarter. The ratio between business starts and closures is among the worst since the COVID-19 pandemic, CFIB said in a report. Nor only was it affordable to live in 2015, you could open a business and keep it open if you worked hard'
