  1. Its' more like demanding that they not wear their stupid red hats naked, but whatever....
  2. That's cultural appropriation. You're going to woke hell now.
  3. https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/poilievre-ppc-leader-bernier-no-threat-in-manitoba-byelection Speaking to the media in Winnipeg on Friday, Pierre Poilievre weighed in on two federal byelections set to take place in the province later this month — taking aim at People’s Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier, one of five candidates vying to win a recently vacated seat in the south Manitoba riding of Portage-Lisgar. “Maxime Bernier is just like Justin Trudeau,” Poilievre said, responding to a question about the PPC leader’s latest quest for a seat in the House. “Both of them have expressed support for Quebec separatism, both of them would need a map to find Portage or Winkler, both said they admired China’s dictatorship, both want free trade with China, both support legalizing hard drugs, and both supported woke policies in the House of Commons, even though they put on a big act outside of the House of Commons.” Woah Shots fired! The by election is kind of a big deal for bernier. If he can't pull this off he's basically politically dead. He'll still likely be in the debates next election tho either way
  4. Because we're smarter and better i guess. Do white people even enter spelling b's? Ahhh - no, no the vast majority are still white https://www.aamc.org/data-reports/workforce/data/figure-18-percentage-all-active-physicians-race/ethnicity-2018 We're terrific. We're just more popular. Apparently the whole world wishes it was a white hetero male, so naturally everyone wants us in charge. (the opinions expressed above are satirical and mostly presented to cause NYLeftie's brain to melt, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the poster. No white heterosexual males were harmed in the making of this post).
  5. I literally provided an example. And a teacher is a groomer. What do you think they're there for. that's not the question. The question proposed by some is what are they grooming them for.
  6. And you didn't answer mine. Funny that.
  7. Sorry - is your question whether or not sex acts or nudity directed at children are part of the right to free expression?
  8. https://www.mondaq.com/canada/employee-rights-labour-relations/1162426/substantial-damages-awarded-for-refusal-to-use-proper-pronouns Sorry but it is happening.

  10. When everyone's sick of your crap, it's time to ask yourself "could it be me?" Everyone's sick of their crap.
  11. You owe me 9 more little guy Keep going
  12. Ahhh - so he didn't actually call anyone anything. He made a joke comment in the form of reducio ad absurdum and you're claiming it's a slur. Sorry kiddo - not a slur. You just don't like it. That's not the same thing Typical of the left - "i don't like what you're saying and i can't refute it so i'll just stick my head in the sand!!! Neener neener!" LOL !
  13. Sure i did - but i wasn't the one chewing someone out for it I know - that would have required you to think of TWO things at once to realize that and that was probably asking too much
  14. "One" is not a lot Unless we're talking about murders. Wooopsie - triggered leftie got triggered I know how much you hate being shown how ... ummm.... less than smart you are. I really shouldn't do it to you so often. But - i do find it highly amusing that you missed the clueless irony of accusing me of clueless irony for pointing out your clueless irony LOL!!!!!! Stay classy big guy
  15. That's been a new thing, where people only complain. Frankly the current generation is failing to do it's job. Hopefully the one after will learn. As a species sometimes we're going to stumble, but at the end of the day all we can do is pick up and move forward. It's neither. Certain groups have rediscovered the fact that getting people mad or afraid works wonders in motivating them to do what you want, and that tribalism is a great way to make both happen. Now that we've started down that route it's self perpetuating. And even people who are more open minded wind up getting pushed into one camp or another more often than not.
  16. Nope. Nope Yep . Bud lite did. Disney did. Parents are keeping their kids home from school so the schools are. Sometimes you go a bridge too far and it bites you in the ass.
  17. You realize you jumped into that conversation to whine and mope and generally complain, right? Just sayin'
  18. Did he say that? You have to invent things he didn't say to argue with because you can't address what he did say. Tell me you know he's right without telling me. He didn't call someone a transphobic slur that i saw. What was the transphobic slur he called someone? I'll wait.
  19. No, there's nothing wrong with that at all. A very specific case with very specific and identified people who could legitimately said to be directly wronged for an identifyable amount and the state looked at it and said 'you know what, we could fix that and it would be the right thing to do". Frankly i've always felt that the japanese who's land and property we stole during the war while we locked them up in internment camps deserved the same. But - that is a far far cry from "reparations" to the distant decendents of a group that were generally wronged instead of specifically, to be paid by the people who did nothing wrong. Slavery was bad. But so was women not being allowed to vote or have a say in their country, so was the irish slaves in America, so was a lot of things. We strive to make our world better than it was before and that's what makes both canada and the us great - and with luck the next generation will improve on us, and the one after will improve on them and we'll keep moving forward. Our responsibility and liability is to the future, not the past.
  20. Pride has been getting more racy over the years and the open comments about how children should be exposed to sex and homosexuality and transgender issues at ages as young as 6 is getting people's backs up. it's also become very political and that makes it fair game to people who disagree with the politics. When it was about the gay community celebrating itself and demonstrating that they had a place in our society everyone was fine with it. Gay rights had come a long way but there was still a ways to go and celebrating with the community was a valid and valuable thing. And sure there was some slightly racy dressing but not much that was in really bad taste or anything. Now gays have every right they could want and are widely accepted especially in this country. And now 'Pride' apparently means putting on a rabbit mask and 'bunny hopping' naked with your wang in the faces of children. IF you feel the need to bunny hop naked - don't do it on our streets. And spare me the 'your' child thing. It has ALWAYS been recognized that our society will protect our children from what is seen to be abuse even if the child is not yours. Would you say "If you don't want to beat YOUR child then don't, but don't get mad if i beat mine in the streets"? Sorry - but that's an issue. I think we both know that's a willful decision on your part rather than a lack of cognitive ability. There was a time when all gays wanted was to be gay and to be left to do their thing and heteros could do theirs and we could all still share a beer at the end of the day. Now gays want more, they want to groom children, they want to have sex acts and nudity in the streets with children attending, and if you don't use the proper pronoun you can go to jail. There is GOING to be pushback. And it will get worse.
  21. That is a little different tho. Despite headlines and such they didn't "win" it back and no court argued that it was 'owed' back - in fact the family had no legal recourse. The state simply heard the case and decided that they would go out of their way to give it back, which actually required changes to the law to make possible. And even then they didn't actually give it back, they basically just agreed to pay for it. The family had no option of keeping the land. SO that was more like a charitable thing than an actual example of restitution or reparations being owed or the like. That would be like Eyeball deciding to donate a lump sum of cash to a black family because he felt that it was the right thing to do.
  22. Conversely, living in a fantasy world where your own delusions give you the chuckles, anyone you dislike is a nazi and facts and reason are barred at the door is easy as pie. Apparently I take it the cough syrup finally kicked in for you
  23. A lot of what? If you look at the economy as a whole he's done poorly at best, the only reason it's even half way decent is his massive dumping of cash for 'covid' which has driven inflation through the roof, the problems at the border have gotten worse under his watch. afghanistan was an unmitigated disaster of epic proportions that will forever be a blight on the US's record and brought back the return of the taliban. His covid record is weak at best and he basically rode the coattails of trump's operation lightspeed. He's done no new trade deals of note, and if anything he's created division and hatred much like obama did. Sooooo - lookin' for all these great things he did to offset all of that. Not seeing them, help me out here.
  24. I don't know that either insisted on it. The king at the time was adamant that the natives be looked on as brothers and he was pretty clear that he didnt' want their way of life destroyed, and the english knew that the land would be claimed and used so i think it was basically suggested as a good idea that some land be set aside and reserved for the first nations exclusive use. I think it was something mutually agreed on by both parties as a 'good idea'.
