False. She is viewed much more favorably than Trump. Even ACTUALLY favorable at times. But clearly you can see that she is leading in favorability ratings.

No need to speculate. Trump was in office and signed a $2.3 Trillion COVID stimulus package. Indeed, his COVID stimulus was even larger than Biden's. But the inflation is all Biden's fault and the fact that we staved off economic collapse and navigated a soft landing is just happenstance.
