Jesus Christ would not vote for Trump
Hodad replied to NAME REMOVED's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
False. She is viewed much more favorably than Trump. Even ACTUALLY favorable at times. But clearly you can see that she is leading in favorability ratings. -

It's not, and you know it. And everyone else knows it. Jeebus, dude, it's just a few posts up. We can all see it. -

No, you are lying. And you know it. Robosmith claimed: "Meanwhile Harris/Walz is leading substantially in favorability," alongside a graphic supporting that claim. You claimed "Bullshit" and proceeded to post a graphic that did not support your claim, and posted a link to a site that directly contradicts your claim. She is viewed much more favorably than Trump. She is leading in favorability. You were wrong about something basic. You're just not honest enough to have a mea culpa. -

You realize that's not a favorability comparison, right? Eh, scratch that, of course you don't. You can use the same link, but look at the right data. -
But it wasn't ideal, was it? Putin's special friends wasn't there to allow him to conquer unopposed and the Biden administration helped supply the arms Ukraine needed for self defense. Putin is an aggressive, acquisitive, kleptocratic dictator, but he's no dummy. He was aware that his free ticket lost the election. He just thought it was worth the higher cost. A miscalculation, it seems.

But your side IS calling it a proxy war. For propaganda purposes, of course. But it's obviously not, in that your side invaded another sovereign nation without provocation. And you sorely misjudged the will of the Ukrainian people to remain free and the willingness of other democracies to provide them aid.

Yes, Trump absolutely will try to seize power if he loses the election. This isn't even a question--or even new information. They've been laying the groundwork for 4 years. And all of the MAGA "patriots" who pay lip service to the Constitution and to democratic principles are ready--eager--to let it happen. They will applaud it just as the lionize the Jan. 6 insurrectionists. They have no honor, no decency and value nothing above power. I'm sorry, but how is this "a little much"? It's exactly what he already tried to do once. Why wouldn't we expect him to try again?

Oh, good, more conspiracy theorists who have crossed the line from harmless kooks to malicious actors spreading disinformation that will literally cause children to die. That is NOT a news website. Jeebus, just leave medicine to the smart people with 11-14 years postsecondary education in the field.

I'm not suggesting that people shouldn't be allowed to believe crazy shit. Simply that there is no reason to respect those beliefs. There's nothing that makes unfounded religious belief any more worthy of respect than flat earthers or people who believe that 2+2=5.

I will. David Koresh believed he was Jesus. Marshal Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles believed that they were ancient alien astronauts and that they and their followers would journey to new realms on the Hale Bopp comet. Those people were farking nuts. But their beliefs aren't really any crazier than the mainstream mythologies. Just newer and less popular. And the thing that all delusional people have in common is that they think their crazy shit is "reasonable" while everyone else's is absurd. Apparently it's easier to make up and buy into elaborate stories than to look at the unknown and just say, "I don't know."

I don't know that you had a point. You said couples, but it's available and valuable for singles. You said a list, but there's no shortage or wait. So I'm not sure what you're point is. -

Selection list? Not like we have a sperm shortage. People are blasting that shit all over. -

That's what a sperm bank is for, yo. Cut out the diddle man. -

It's not restricted to couples. Singles may avail themselves of the same medical process. -
I wonder why the site admins set up this @gatomontes99 bot to repost random shit from social media? Was there not enough original unfounded opinion on the site? What were they trying to solve for?

Hodad replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
No. Except that it was constitutional for 50 years, until a perversely conservative court who had all agreed it was the law of the land decided it shouldn't be. And all judges "rule" from the bench. Literally. That's the whole job. I'll assume you're trying to parrot some other piece of language from the echo chamber. And yes, there are state laws already on the books that do not provide exceptions for rape and incest. So yes, very much, conservatives DO want women who get raped to have babies. -
