Of course you can. Private sales are unregulated in Texas. No ID? No problem. And there is no set limit to the number you can buy or sell before you "become" a dealer. Just a massive, unregulated, untraced grey market. You can indeed legally and anonymously buy a pile of guns from the trunk of a car.
