Biden has not been charged in any state court, so this law does not affect him. It only affects the convicted felon. A better approach is simply don’t commit crime, and don’t vote for criminals.

if you get a divorce and move in with a convicted felon, the judge won’t award you custody. Convicted felons aren’t allowed to own guns. They aren’t allowed to travel To Europe. They cannot serve on juries. Trump probably cannot even vote for himself this fall, and his golf clubs will likely lose their liquor licenses. 800 rounds a minute is 799 rounds a minute more than the writers of the Second Amendment were aware of. Federal Law defines an automatic weapon and a bump stock does not meet that definition. However, a bump stock is not an “arm,” either, and therefore it should not be protected by the Second Amendment.
