Trump’s Too Stupld to Understand Drinking Water
Rebound replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Build Back Better Builds Infrastructure. America is only going to be truly energy independent if we have a lot more renewable energy supplying our energy needs. Democrats are doing that. Republicans are fighting it... except in Iowa and Texas, where they're building out wind farms at an unbelievable rate. https://www.eia.gov/electricity/gridmonitor/expanded-view/electric_overview/US48/US48/GenerationByEnergySource-4 -

Trump’s Too Stupld to Understand Drinking Water

You know who built Boulder Dam? Democrats. Then Republicans named it after a Republican. Democrats have championed far more American infrastructure projects than Republicans. But none of that has anything to do with the fact that the Republican Party is being lead by a stark raving lunatic who can’t speak in complete sentences, or coherently, and who thinks that water is an infinite resource. It is not an infinite resource and flow restrictors don’t stop people from washing their hands, hair, or taking a dump. He’s just a lunatic. -

That is not true. A New York Times investigation has found that America is depleting its invaluable reserves of groundwater at a dangerous rate. Here are five takeaways. Aquifer water levels are falling nationwide. The danger is worse and more widespread than many people realize. We know this because we built a database of more than 80,000 wells nationwide. Overpumping is a threat to America’s status as a food superpower. It’s not just a problem in the West or for farmers. It’s a tap water crisis, too. Weak regulations allowed the overuse. Now, climate change is leading to even more pumping. -

As usually, you’re full of nonsense. The articles simply say that the process of reviewing and approving multi-billion dollar projects takes time. They also point out that Democrats are trying to accelerate most of them. In one case, the Coastal Commission rejected a project over the objections of Gavin Newsom. -

No, you fool, the reason dam construction has nearly stopped is that all of the major waterways are already dammed. Dam construction is nearly halted in China as well. Not that you ever give two shlts about facts, but if you did, you could read about it in this article from Yale: https://e360.yale.edu/features/hydropower-dams-energy-decline#:~:text=Escalating construction costs%2C the rise, good news for riverine ecosystems.&text=The end of the big dam era is approaching. -

Glaciers release water into the oceans, which are salinated. With flow restrictions installed, people manage to wash their hands and hair. But you’re right… he is a bastard. -
Why does that make you feel uncomfortable? I think that if you get the urge to give other men blowjobs, you should go right ahead and do it, as long as he’s a consenting adult. And, if you don’t feel that way, there’s no reason for you to feel threatened or offended by those who do. You should feel comfortable around gay people. They don’t bite.

You’re ****-footing around the fact that these are COMMANDMENTS. The Christian teacher will say it applies to the Christian god. personally I think it’s amazing that G-d made a commandment 2,000 years before Christ was born, and you say it applies to Christ. BUT, that is why this does not belong in school.

I don’t have any problem with homosexuality. Consenting sex between two or more adults is their own business. If I felt like having sex with other men, I probably would have. The limits: Sex must be consensual and it must be between consenting adults. Apart rom that, do what you want; that’s what freedom is. I do have a problem with discrimination. The purpose of the pride flag is to promote equality. A White Pride flag would not serve the purpose of promoting equality. THIRD REQUEST: Can you please tell us the meaning of the first two of the Ten Commandments?

US Federal Deficit Fell 50% in Biden’s First Year
Rebound replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Total federal revenue was basically flat, despite the tax increasing tariffs imposed by Trump. This is all public record you can find on .gov websites which are required by law to publish actual revenue and outlays. -
The fool gave a speech yesterday whining about the use of flow restrictors. Because he’s literally too stupld to understand that drinking water is not an infinite resource; that it comes from aquifers and reservoirs which don’t have unlimited capacity. THAT is how dumb he is and how dumb his supporters are. America is actually a decade or two away from massive, unrepairable aquifer depletion in many states which will cause a severe water crisis, and MAGA’s answer is to deplete the aquifers even faster.

What is LGBTQ “ideology”? That they should be treated equally and the same as everyone else? Why is that such a Big Struggle for you? Is it because you fight so hard to resist your own gay urges? I have no problem with homosexuals. They don’t threaten my masculinity or sexuality. I’ve had men try to pick me up, but I’m not interested and that’s that. It’s no big deal. You screw who you want and they’ll screw who they want. MEANWHILE: Can you please tell us the meaning of the first two of the Ten Commandments?

No. That isn’t “both sides of the story,” because “black people should be slaves” is pure evil. It’s not “the other side of the story.” Robert E Lee was not a great man. He lead hundreds of thousands to their deaths for one reason only: To maintain slavery of black people. Pro-Confederacy is Pro-slavery, and that is as evil as Satan worship. We don’t put monuments to satan in public parks and we don’t put monuments to pro-slavers there either. -

Because SLAVERY was about skin color. And the Civil War was fought over SLAVERY. And a judge who displays a confederate flag behind his chair is showing support for that. I’m pretty sure you know this. -
It is you opinion that the medical procedures were harmful. But you are not a medical expert, you’re just another guy with an opinion. The doctor had no business obtaining the patient’s confidential medical records and certainly no business giving those confidential records to the media. What’s more, doctors know very well that doing so is illegal. So if you’re going to break the law to make your political point, then accept the consequences.

No. Netanyahu is facing strong domestic opposition to his execution of the war, particularly his failure to draft a post war plan. As for Biden, he held back deliveries of 2,000 pound bombs until Israel presented a plan for invading Rafah which would minimize civilian casualties. That’s not a big ask, and I’m confident that thinking came from Pentagon experts, not the Oval Office. Biden is standing up to a lot of left wing pressure and he’s standing up well. Netanyahu is not a good man. To stay in power, he has brought right wing radicals into his government who believe in eradicating the Palestinian people. I think the Palestinians are by far the biggest problem, and I support the war in Gaza. But there’s no excuse for not making effective plans for war and post-war execution.

Let’s say a statue of a Confederate general is placed in front of a courthouse, and you’re a black person being tried in that courthouse, and the judge displays a Confederate flag behind his seat? Wouldn’t you feel threatened by that? -
