You do have the right to a hearing in a restraining order case.it is not a jury trial, but the plaintiff has to prove to the court that the order is justified, and the defendant can rebut the evidence.

If you’re an observant Christian, why are you lying? Theres no law that says schools must display a poster of the noble truths of Buddhism, or statues of the gods of Hinduism, or Native American spirit warriors. Frankly, I’d love to see the Supreme Court rule that Presidents are immune from all criminal prosecutions, and then Biden can fire half the Supreme Court and have Trump shot without trial. Muslims have state-imposed religion and it isn’t working at all. There’s war between Sunnis and Shites all over the Muslim world. But there’s practically no Christian vs Christian or Christian v Jew warfare anywhere in the world, because predominantly Christian nations outlaw the establishment of a government religion, and they forbid the intrusion of religion in government affairs. Children of other faiths are ostracized by this, and it gets even worse when children ask their teachers whether it means G-d or Jesus, and the teacher has to answer. This is a very bad idea and will not make our nation more ethical or moral, even though the Ten Commandments is a fundamental part of the religion of my people.

The reason is because the only remedy is impeachment. The SCOTUS is supposed to be self-regulating, because of the Constitutional separation of powers. Thomas has clearly abused it and needs to be impeached.

In private industry, I could not accept more than $200 in gifts.
