Again, you made the claim that there is precedent for jailing someone in a comparable case. But you have not provided one single comparable case in all of US history. Can you show us a comparable case where the defendant was jailed? Please? But, here’s the thing: Hunter Biden is not running for President. Why do you think I care whether he goes to jail or not? What he does is irrelevant and it does not prove anything about the Presidential election.

Why are you asking this question if you know the answer? Kodak Black has been charged and convicted of loads and loads of violent crimes. He doesn’t compare to Hunter Biden.

The charges were raised to felony by the PROSECUTORS, not the judge, because the they aided in the violation of a New York State law, to wit: ”Prosecutors said that other crime was a violation of a New York election law that makes it illegal for "any two or more persons" to "conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means.” So it boils down to this: Why did Trump pay Stormy Daniels? To protect his marriage, his business, his social reputation… or, was it to prevent a scandal which could have cost him the election? That was the key question, and at least two witnesses, Cohen and Pecker, testified that the election was the reason for the payments, and THAT is what raised the charges to felony, under New York State law, not federal law.

Biden does control Federal prosecutors and he can fire them at his discretion… yet he has not fired the Trump-appointed prosecutor who is now bringing charges against his son Hunter this week. The judge in Florida is clearly helping him avoid any trial at all. Trump has repeatedly ripped off contractors, molested women, cheated on his wives, cheated on his taxes, and it’s finally caught up with him. He was born rich. Inherited over $400 million. He never needed to do a dishonest thing in his life. These were his choices.

Besides Iran, Yemen and maybe Qatar, the Arab nations would prefer for the Palestinians to STFU and live peacefully on the land they’ve got. This has been going on for 75 years and everybody is sick of it.

It’s been very well documented that United States failed to develop or follow a post-war plan in the Iraq War, and the results were utterly disastrous. The people waging the war aren’t the same people who put together a postwar plan. They should be involving other nations and entities right now.

The Palestinians have been offered peace plans four times, and rejected all four. “Right of Return” is not possible, because it could lead to an Arab majority rule which would then expel all of the Jews. Anyone who’s been to Israel can see that it’s not a nation of white colonial settlers. Most Israelis are from North Africa and the Middle East, not Europe.

Just saying that Israel needs a post war plan, that’s all. Of course Israel is justified in fighting Hamas, but they need to plan what they’ll do after they win.

Biden is alright with me on Israel. I think that Netanyahu is not doing a great job. He should be able to convince the Pentagon that IDF has plans to limit civilian casualties and he also needs to put together a post-war plan ASAP. Enormous mistake to wage war without a post-war plan.

Trump’s lawyers have called all of his gag orders unconstitutional, but appeals courts have been upholding them.

If the FBI intended to kill Trump, why did they execute the search warrant in August, when they knew perfectly well that Trump would be spending that entire month in New Jersey? It’s not difficult to know when the former president is going to be there, so why not search when he was around… unless they deliberately served the warrant when they knew he would not be there? Biden is standing up for Israel and the Jews, even though it is politically difficult for him to do so.
