Obama - Chicago Bleeds for You
Shady replied to jbg's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
That may be the case, but you specifically mention Rush Limbaugh, which isn't the case. And btw, there's a differenct between speaking against illegal immigration vs legal immigration. I myself cannot fathom why some people continue to blur the two. -
You can barely contain your Taliban-like glee. It's quite disgusting.
-
It should be obvious, but unfortunately it isn't to some people. And then you have people like punked, who want to make it even less important to have to be responsible for their finances. Easy, cheap money for all.

I think that smacked him right out of the forum. Oh well, it's what liars deserve.

Except they're not. Rush is actually thinking of legal action against the news agencies that attributed some of those quotes to him. -
Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark!

That's still nowhere near 120,000. And that's only relatively recent. It's been much less for the last several years. Nice try though.

Rules or laws? If laws, then yes, they have to follow them. I'm not sure what rules you're talking about. And lowering interest rates on credit cards will only make people use them more, and that's not necessarily a good thing.

The Democrats Are In HUGE Trouble
Shady replied to Shady's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
More news... Democrats are bracing for a precipitous drop in black voter turnout next month and beyond. Tom Jensen, a spokesman for the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling, has been among the most outspoken. He said the high number of Democrats with districts that are significantly black means such a turnout shift could be disastrous for Democrats. “If what looks like is going to happen in Virginia plays out on a national level, I do think Democrats will lose the House,” Jensen said. You mean by countires that also rejected Kyoto? Cause they did. So they can refuse to sign on to Kyoto, but if we do, then we can't be taken seriously by those countries that didn't sign on. That's some interesting logic.

I was referring to Islamic Terrorists specifically.

If you don't like the fees, don't use the card, it's that simple. Mastercard has never forced me to make a purchase using the card they issued me. I choose when and where to use it.

And I must stop you. He doesn't possess any hostility to immigrants and racial minorites. It's made up. -

Nope. I posted the most recent poll, and you responded by posting an older one. THIS IS THE MOST RECENT POLL! Specter remains locked in a statistical dead heat with Republican Pat Toomey, drawing 42 percent support to Toomey's 41 percent Link Another statistical dead heat, with a large undecided portion of voters, and a Dem governor who's a former Goldman Sachs CEO. I like my chances! -
Not even close. The soviets had almost 120,000 troops in Afghanistan. American troop strength was just over 20,00 in 2006, and even lower than that in the first few years. If you add NATO forces, it's still not anywhere close. So yes, light footprint. It's only now starting to increase significantly, and rightly so.

Me too! And the Olympics to Chicago was certainly a real problem wasn't it? Oh, and we all know that if Chicago wasn't in the running, the Obama's don't make the trip. Even though you won't admit it. -
Because some of them do. Except, when you read some of the radical Islamic websites, they spell it freedumb. It's quite disturbing.

Gee, I wasn't aware that was the choice! Let's end the charade that Obama was going to fight for his country. He wasn't. He was going to fight for Chicago. Let's say that Atlanta was up again, or Los Angeles, or Houston, or pretty much any other city. Do you think the Obama's make the trip? Not a chance. It's all about Chicago. -
Exactly. That's why the low troop totals need to be adjusted up. The light footprint strategy hasn't worked for several years now. A surge and new strategy is needed, just like it was needed in Iraq.

RCP Average 8/10 - 10/12 -- 40.2 40.4 Specter +0.2 RCP So Spector has a 0.2% lead on Toomey. And which way do you think the undecideds will break? Hint: They don't usually break for the incumbent. Your man Spector is doomed! -

Well, I agree with you, Obama should have never went. So in this case, he didn't do what was right, did he? Welcome to my world, the world of reality! -
I don't think we should wish death on any Canadian business.

Wow, that's quite the tinfoil hate you've got on. No, they wanted to give it to a South American country for the first time, and they didn't much care for the Obama's self-centered reasons why they think Chicago deserved the Olympics. -

The poll I linked to was released TODAY, your's is old news you're trying to pass off as current. Nice try. 59 percent believe it's time to give someone else a chance, a state poll released today shows. Specter, 79, of Philadelphia holds a 44-16 percent lead over Rep. Joe Sestak, his challenger in the 2010 primary. Looks like Specter will win this party's primary and then lose in the general. Escpecially when almost 60% of voters think it's time to give someone else a chance. Bye-bye Arlen! -

Poll shows Specter staring at 'near fatal' 31 percent re-election figure Link Ouch.
