If you hoard the vaccines produced in your country, you can easily build up a surplus, especially since 30% of the population declare they won't accept the vaccine!

The second dose is a booster. Studies have shown that one dose provides good coverage after 2 weeks of getting the shot. 

Canada could have taken the Germany approach but getting the most people some protection (quite frankly most of their protection) was deemed to be the more important thing. 

 By July Canada is on pace to have more Canadians with first doses than the US. 

You'd think if people thought this virus was chemical warfare by China, they'd have taken it more seriously. But so many on the right just dismissed it as another flu.

The United States has led the world in reducing emissions.  Regardless the world isn’t ready to get off fossil fuels.  Closing pipelines doesn’t result in lower emissions or getting off fossil fuels.  These fuels are just transported other ways.
