People are being assaulted in the streets by "health officers" for not wearing masks outdoors. Or for even being outdoors at all, when they "have no business doing so". That is the attitude of the authorititties.

Everyone will get covid at least once in their life. Probably many times, in milder forms, just like the flu.

And here's something interesting...
I saw it this morning. It's unlikely you're going to see it on the CBC, so I'll show it to you:
76% of September Covid-19 deaths are vax breakthroughs
Just eight of the 33 Vermonters who died of Covid-19 in September were unvaccinated, the Vermont Department of Heath said Wednesday.
Health Department spokesperson Ben Truman said most of the vaccine ‘breakthrough’ Covid-19 fatalities were elderly. Because they were among the first vaccinated, Vermont’s elderly “have had more time to potentially become a vaccine breakthrough case,” he said.
Expressed in percentages, 76% of Vermont Covid-19 fatalities were breakthrough cases. As of Tuesday, 88 percent of all eligible Vermonters (age 12 and over) had been vaccinated with at least one shot.
At Tuesday’s press conference, the Department of Health September mortality statistics did not show a vaccinated/unvaccinated breakdown. Despite recent emphatic references by Gov. Phil Scott and Health Department Commissioner Mark Levine to a “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” the per capita rate of vaccinated breakthrough deaths has risen in recent weeks.
This isn't unique to Vermont. It happens where vax to unvaxxed stats flip after the Delta Variant has been around for awhile.
Your media will only be around to scare you in the first few weeks with their fake news talk of a "Pandemic of the unvaccinated."
Your Manitoba triage pushers would be there throwing unvaxxed out of hospital beds at either end of the wave.
-
And here's another one you should probably know about but won't:
You won't watch that so I'll just tell you. Even Pfizer knows natural immunity blows the doors off their "vaccine" for effectiveness and length of stay.
But your gang wants their Triage wannabes to be able to kick out the unvaccinated regardless of their natural immunity. I know this because it's the way they've organized their vaccine passports. I wouldn't expect them to organize these "triages" they wish for any different if they ever got them.

I’m for exercise mandates, and zinc and vitamin D mandates as well. It’s about public health!

Why does it matter? Because you say do? So you’re against saving lives and saving health care resources and preventing chronic health conditions because they’re not transmissible?
-
The key point you're missing is that everyone is going to die of something. It'll be cancer or heart disease or a stroke or a virus. Or something else like catastrophic trauma.
Back before vaccines and chemo and cholesterol medication people didn't usually live past 70.
No matter how healthy you are, your end-of-life costs to the government are probably going to be high. An argument could be made that a fat person who doesn't make it to 65 costs the "system" much less than someone who makes it to 90 because they're healthy.
That doesn't mean we shouldn't promote healthy lifestyles and a good diet. But ironically its capitalism that's the biggest culprit. Whether it be making the unhealthy shelf stable food cheaper or not making healthy food available to the poor because it's not worth it for grocery stores.
I think you're the biggest advocate for a Soda Tax.

"As many as 400,000 migrants" are heading to the U.S. border, NBC News reports. "An unprecedented number...nearly doubling the stunning numbers we've seen the last two months, which were a 21-year high."

Weird how the mainstream media stopped talking about Florida and Texas in regards to covid. I wonder why?

Do you mean the spray or the pill Pfizer is bringing out modeled on what works in Ivermectin? I think others are coming out with pills too.
Yeah, big pharma is starting to churn out therapeutics so could get interesting. Competition should make them price accessible including MCAs, but we'll see.
And we'll see what works. For now, I'm pretty sure monoclonal antibodies work and Florida has been taking advantage of them. Thus the precipitous drop in Covid deaths and even cases in that state.
As opposed to say places like Ontario and Alberta relying on the vaccine alone.
-
It's like the less one knows, the more confident one becomes in evaluating the data and deciding what is best.
-
You sound pretty confident so does that mean we do take your word on it, or we don't. I'm going with don't.

I would suggest Wave 2 started around November 2020.
It ended in February when numbers briefly levelled off but the Alpha Variant caused the 3rd wave.
-
But you just said the wave goes from the fall to the spring.
-
Alright, well we won't know we're out of the woods until Spring. This is a respiratory virus. It proliferates in the winter.

Biden lied about not getting recommendations from the generals regarding the Afghanistan withdrawal. He ignored their recommendations and then lied about it on national television.

Forcing something into someone’s body without their consent sounds kind of rapey.

And that's been the case since at least the First World War. It's right on their attestation papers.
-
Kids can’t give consent, so vaccination regarding school is irrelevant. Forcing members of the military or any other group of people is wrong, and violates people’s rights and freedoms. It’s sad that a civil society is so quick to erode fundamental rights over a virus that if you’re not sick or elderly has virtually a 100% chance of survival. It’s beyond pathetic. It’s nice to see fascists from different sides of the political spectrum finding something in common.
-
Nobody is forced. They just have to wait longer until restrictions are eased. You have needed to be vaccinated to be in the Canadian military since its inception. You never complained until you decided to be a pro-virus plague rat.

The 2021 Trudeau Liberals: The least popular Canadian government ever elected
- Show previous comments 8 more
-
Elections Canada is a non-partisan organization that uses the Census to dictate ridings based on population distribution. What you're proposing is very partisan.
Now I'll concede that they over value Quebec and the East Coast, but that's not why the Liberals won the election.
If the CPC won the Suburban Toronto Ridings that DoFo was able to win, the CPC would have won.
Stephen Harper won those ridings. That's the only way for a Conservative to win. O'Toole was shut out.
-
I get your point but something needs to be done. Because people are going to start losing faith in the system, feeling like their votes don’t count for anything. If it was conservatives winning this way, people would be saying that this system is systematic racism and/or part of white supremacy.
-
Trudeau is a dick and nobody much likes him. He largely won through bribing people with their own money, scare tactics, and because the Tories didn't offer anything even mildly exciting so their voters stayed away in droves.

Nice you can find a bright side when you lose. Comes with practice.

I do take a bit of solace in that most other Canadians also felt these shit stains didn’t belong anywhere near elected office. Especially the pro Taliban one. Now she can spend more time with her brothers. And actually I’m used to being on the winning side of majority governments. It’s only recently that that hasn’t happened. It will though.

Haitians highjack a bus in Texas heading for the airport. Biden’s border policy is going swell!

-
No, not really.
-
Well, they entered under the Trump regime and Biden is kicking them out. I think those are facts.
Do you have your own facts?
-
The Haitian migrants were not at the border in January. They are recent arrivals. Some are being sent home, some are being relocated inside the United States. The surge in border crossings is a result of Joe Biden’s reversal of Trump border polices and the incentivizing of illegal immigration and refugees. There’s 8000 people currently living under a bridge in Texas.
