I read your Ontario link, the only hard figures given are for vaccination thresholds. References to "health indicators" are totally vague. So, like I said the only firm plan set out for us to understand is vaccination rates. Else it is all up to the hugs and feels of the premier and top doc.
Knowing they're calling the shots makes me get a warm fuzzy, I tell you

I am vaccinated. I am not afraid. I understand the dangers of an overflowing ICU. For some reason, you cannot.

You're right they aren't disclosing the exact benchmark for ICU submissions.
But considering we're re-opening in two days, let's say 400 is the benchmark.
