It's difficult to know what someone who expresses contempt for primitive, barbaric religious nutjobbery could do about a virus pandemic.  

I suppose they could express equal concern about the hundreds of thousands of death, and not support the guy who enabled that.  They could also support mask use, stop pretending its kinda like the flu, and talking about protecting (aka sacrificing) the "vulnerable", with no idea who the vulnerable are beyond "old people who are gonna die soon anyway."

But, he's beloved by all.
