Is 6 cases of blood clots in 7 million vaccines given really an excessive risk? (RE: J&J vaccine)

I just watched a great interview with a doctor on Tucker Carlson. He said the issue is giving the vaccine to people that have been previously infected and already have produced antibodies. He said those people shouldn’t be vaccinated because it can cause an autoimmune response that can lead to blood clots.

Trump got vaccinated after being infected.
I don't think there's conclusive evidence that previous infection produces immunity.
The theory is sound though. As Argus says, there are plenty of common drugs that can cause blood clots. I guess the difference with the vaccine is that you're strongly being encouraged, if not forced, to take it to try and get life back to some sense of normal.

Regardless it’s still extremely rare.
