So when people boycotted ivankas clothing line and Goya, but she and dad called it cancel culture, that was ok? 

How is this any different than calling for a boycott of Goya?

If, say a broadcaster, says something that a group find offensive. And they campaign to boycott the broadcaster's advertisers in an effort to get the network to fire them. How is that not cancel culture? 

Claiming definitively that Cancel Culture and Boycotts are objectively different is ridiculous.
