2 MLB games already postponed because several players have tested positive.
Well that one weekend of games was good while it lasted.

Two things.
1)Unlike in the US, it only takes about a day to get your results back. Many people wait over a week for test results in the US.
2) Sports aren't a public threat. But it shows how endemic COVID-19 is in the US that players can't not get infected by this virus. The MLB season might be done before it got through its first week.

That's all great, but that has absolutely no bearing on an MLB team being in Toronto for 3 days, quarantined to a hotel. Besides, sports leagues get their test results quicker. There's no public health threat to an MLB team playing in Toronto for a few days. Certainly not more of a risk than allowing restaurants and bars to allow indoor dining now across most of the province. You people aren't making any sense, as usual.

I agree with the sentiment that the Bubble scenario the Blue Jays proposed for Rogers Centre was likely very safe.
But considering that, at least one team has been completely decimated by COVID-19 within four days of the start of the season, it seemed like baseball's restart is unworkable.
The support staff at the Rogers Centre and Hotel aren't being bubbled are they?
These positive results seem to happen after actual games are being played. Which is why the Phillies game has also been postponed.
