    Sorry...I meant to say "Kathleen Wynne" but I live in eastern Ontario (conservative territory) and that's how everyone out here refers to her....because she so resembles popcorn icon Orville Redenbacker (well maybe Orville is a bit better looking). Sorry mods, I'll try to be more careful.

    While I believe all religion is pretty much a joke, I think msj is trying (pitifully hard) to make this a "christian" thing, but it obviously is not. msj you really have no argument in this case, but keep trying if it makes you feel good.

They take a non-problem,pretend that it is a problem, announce that they will make new laws to counter make-believe problem, and then, when anyone disagrees with new laws, they can now say "See we told you they are racists, or homophobes, or xenophobes, or islamaphobes or (fill in leftwing outrage of the day)". Liberal philosophy easy peasy Japaneezy.

    If she is "so popular" and so "in demand" then it shouldn't be that hard for her to command a healthy sum for her efforts (like her hubby did). Then she could pay for her own "extra help". Asking the tax payer to pay for it is a perfect example of liberals "feeding at the trough".

    While I agree with the legalization of pot, I predict that despite the "timeline" we will not see it legalized in the next four years.

    When the volunteers came collecting, we donated $100 to our local Hospital. The volunteers who walked the streets, knocked on doors and collected donations used a bit of the money for a little wine and cheese party after they were done the fundraising. I had no problem with that. I thought they deserved it. Granted, $500,000 is a lot more than a few hundred for a party. But they had only collected approx. $20,000. How much of the Legions budget does $500,000 represent?

      Read what I said again Einstein "half as many promises broken as promise kept". They are nowhere near doing half of what they said they would. Take the number of promises kept so far, now divide that by 2 and that's how many promises they have broken so far. Get it now?
