You should have called your thread stupidity. There's no requirement to create "equality". You're taking about communism, and communism is not the friend of people who like the freedom to believe what they want. Look at religious freedom in China and the USSR if you don't believe me. There's a requirement to create a society where people are free to choose their religion and their way of life, in a manner that doesn't infringe on other people. That's what we have in Canada. If you don't completely understand that by now you're just a complete idiot.

Yeah I'm sick of seeing people on tv acting like it's 100% certain that he was killed because he was black. Now we're going to see an endless stream of edited videos which cut in when the police are wrestling with some back guy who was just resisting arrest and cursing at them 2 seconds earlier. I think that it's time for people who edit video for the purpose of inciting riots get actual prison time. There are very real consequences to that kind of thing that include millions of dollars in property damage and physical violence against police and citizens.

Gen. Flynn's transcripts have been declassified and released to the public. If the conversation isn't suspect in a major way, then 1) the reputation of the FBI will suffer permanent, irreparable damage, 2) the Russian collusion investigation will go down as the biggest political/police farce in US history and 3) there will be criminal referrals resulting in convictions. There's no room for a fiasco like this in a progressive democracy without serious repercussions.

The media bias is unquestionable. Van Jones admitted on hidden camera that "Russian collusion is a big nothingburger" over a year before the Mueller report came out. CNN pimped that shit like gospel truth that whole time and made false accusations against Trump and his associates which were all predicated on the known-to-be-false investigation. Plus they lie about every other topic that comes out. Anyone who can watch 5 minutes of CNN and not catch them lying is an absolute idiot. CNN is to the Dems what TASS is to the Russian Gov't, what Xinhua is to the Chinese gov't, what CBC is to the Liberals, etc. KCNA in NoKo is the only state-run news agency in the world that can match CNN's level of dishonesty. Nothing else even comes close, and I'm including Fox News in that calculation. Fox is biased, but they don't lie unashamedly hundreds of times per week.

Nope Yeah, and it's a human problem. And a math problem. There are 1M cops in the US, having hundreds of thousands of tense interactions a day, it's impossible for shit not to go sideways sometimes. I don't think you can eliminate these things 100%, but charging the Minnesota cop with murder seems like a necessary step. Something's fishy in this case though, all the video that we have so far is edited to only show the cops looking bad. The guy did something to end up on the ground like that, we just don't know what it was yet. I'm not saying it was bad enough to deserve death by knee-squash, I'd just like to see the whole story.

The courts in the US already ruled that you have no right to protest at work. Do you think you can go to your day job and wear a t-shirt that says "Fuck Trudeau" and your boss has no recourse? Bad killings by cops aren't super rare. It's not like it's "once every ten years". It just seems like when they're black it's automatically "RACISM!!!!" It's just murder unless there's some sort of racist comment or something. I saw a video about two weeks ago of a cop that killed a young white kid, probably 19-25 yrs old. The cop shot him twice before he hit the ground, then he shot him two more times about 5 seconds later. IMO he didn't need to be shot in the first place, but if the first two shots weren't fatal it was definitely murder. The kid wasn't about to attack anyone.
