What did you think of Chrystia Freeland saying that "we should form stronger alliances with countries like France and Britain that have nukes, and can protect us"? Or when we announced the "Canada-Europe Defence Partnership"? Is Carney gonna make the mainland US our 11th province and Alaska our 4th territory now? Trump must be quivering in his boots. Prices are probably way up there and way down here.

For once you might be onto something. I think that our Libs were getting jealous of all the US congressmen and the way they profit from the trillions of dollars sifting through their fingers and into the military industrial complex. Military lobbyists in the US can take congressmen out to $1k a plate dinners to figure out where they should all invest to get filthy rich, while the lobbyists here ask to be taken to McDonald's and say "Can you spare us a few rounds of .556 today, sir? Our soldiers are pinned down and need at least another 8 or 9 bullets each."

I get that was a bit confusing for an intellectual infant like yourself. Let me suffice it to say that there's more than 1 way for a thing to be broken. The OP was about the LPOC's culture of division and hate: it's weird for them to suddenly wave a flag and pretend to love - or even like - our culture after they spent ten years telling us and the world that we suck. Poilievre was talking mainly about the disastrous economic policies of the LPOC, along with a whole host of other issues caused by the Libs and their MSM wing.

You don't think Trudeau did that?

Aren't you a little young to be in a cult? Does your mommy know where you are? Should I send Child Protective Services to where you are? (Say something really stupid if the answer's yes) And a word to the wise: don't meet up with any of the left4rds here. As a group, leftists are overly tolerant/fond of their minor-attracted person 'friends'. They all "know a guy"...

And the worst part of it isn't even that they make all that dirty money, it's that some of it comes from military industrial complex spending. Those multi-billion dollar contracts that pump up shareholder value all come at a cost in lives, and it makes war profitable for these members of gov't. I wonder how much the avg congressman gets from the lobbyists of military contractors, big pharma, etc. Not in $ straight to their account, just in meals, golf games, tickets to shows, etc.

Some people are dirtier than others, and do it more blatantly, and Nancy is at the top of the heap. The PELOSI Act, officially known as the Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments Act, aims to prohibit members of Congress and their spouses from holding or trading individual stocks while in office. This legislation is designed to prevent conflicts of interest and restore public trust in elected officials. Nancy isn't smart, she's just connected. She's smart relative to you, but that's about the lowest bar there is. Class dismissed, f-wit. Go back to your general idiocy.

It's not just insider trading. They're not just getting "stock tips". People in congress regularly approve billions of dollars in funding, so they know which companies are about to get massive gov't contracts before anyone else does. Or they're involved in the planning to build new highways and bridges. Or they know that the DoJ is going to file a lawsuit against Visa before it happens. Or they know that chip manufacturing companies are going to get huge subsidies. The people in congress are at the top of the stock tip food chain. Wall Street insiders basically become insiders by having friends in congress. Having access to Nancy Pelosi's information is like having a license to print money. She's not "smart" at all, you f'ing idjit.

A person who uses chemical weapons on other people is always a threat. What if a guy like that makes a strong alliance with another shithole country like Pakistan? It's best to get rid of a guy like that once and for all. Bush didn't create the mess. Obama hastily pulling out and leaving billions of dollars worth of tanks, LAV's, Humvees, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, machine guns, pistols, grenades, night vision goggles, etc, created the mess. NEWSFLASH: You can't leave terrorists enough weaponry to fight a war against a normal country and expect nothing bad to happen.

Elon is doing the right things, and it's not his fault if there are so many people who are against him on that front. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

It's possible that the WMD's didn't exist, and it was gross to bet the lives of so many people that it did. Maybe Saddam needed to be taken out, but that war was the least legitimate war the US was ever involved in in the ME. war. Dubya was by far the worst Republican president of the last 50 years, maybe ever. I don't even know that much about the presidents of old. If the dog hadn't stopped to take a dump, Obama never should have ignored intelligence reports and called islamic state a Jr Varsity terrorist squad.

It's USAID, Canada-style. I'd be shocked to find out that these independent consultants/consulting firms don't find ways to funnel money to execs at CTV and Global, heads of unions... Surely those types of people need to be involved in decisions about "preventing the flow of "disinformation 😉" and construction, the auto sector, etc.

I'll grant you that people who believe in God and who tend towards the middle of our political spectrum don't tend to be as susceptible to libt4rd sloganeering or peer pressure as atheists, but then at the other extent you'll find that people who have 1 foot in the next realm are more likely to do insane sh1t than non-believers. The baconally challenged f-wits on both sides of the conflict in the middle east are perfect examples of how religion can rot the hive mind to a greater extent than anything else on this planet.
