There are tangible consequences. In Canada Liberals get kicked out of cabinet positions and even the caucus for not toeing the line. When did conservatives here kick anyone out for voting the wrong way? When did Trump say it was ok to have protests at SCJ's homes, or to have people follow MTG or AOC to the toilet to yell at them?
