I think we both agree on what we want our next leader to be like here, but we disagree on what it will take to defeat Trudeau in an election. Trudeau would like nothing more than to run against a “scary Trump clone” because his fear mongering won’t work against smiling Andrew Scheer. Trudeau will have to stick to policy to beat Scheer and even the CBC can’t defend Trudeau’s idiotic domestic policies, his foreign affairs fiascos, his disdain for our culture, the massive debt load he just piled on, the destruction of our energy sector, his penchant for driving away trade and investment, and his ethics breeches. If Trudeau ran against Bernier this is what it would look like: Bernier: “Why are you so intent on killing the enrgy sector?” Trudeau: “Why are you such a racist?” etc, etc, etc Bernier could run circles around Trudeau in a debate, then the CBC would lead their newscasts with “Trudeau faces down Bernier over his racist, dictatorial policies” and that’s all that most people would see, because not a lot of people actually watch the debates. I would rather win with Scheer at the helm than lose a close election with Bernier. If we get stuck with another Trudeau government we are royally screwed. Almost nobody admits to being a Trudeau fanboy anymore but they’re still out there, just below the surface, like maggots in a rotting fish.

People who talk about how bad Trump’s wall is are some of the dumbest people on earth: they say they don’t need a wall because it is too expensive and they think that it’s cheaper to just hire more people to patrol the border. That saves money over the course if a year or two, but over the course of ten, twenty or fifty years the savings of a wall are massive. The wall is also more effective. Those same people who talk about hiring more ICE agents also want to abolish ICE lol.

You haven't got anything specific about Fox except for when you mistakenly said that they didn't report on the sentencing stories. 4) Fun stuff doesn't justify two years worth of (a witch hunt) investigating something that they now know didn't exist. 5) I don't doubt that Manafort is guilty, or that Cohen is guilty of non-Trump related charges, and so I agree with anyone who thinks that they should do their time. But I also think that given all the FBI corruption that was involved in the process leading up to their arrests most people would get out of those charges. They never apologized, or talked about how different the real story was from their original version. They were making gobs of money covering the riots and every time a fire started in another city CNN made another $50M. It was just pathetic. That's how CNN covers every single story - from the angle that makes them the most money. "Trump's policy of separating immigrant children from their parents" is another perfect example of an outright lie that they told on CNN and even the CBC. Obama did the exact same thing (there was even an instance when children were put back in the custody of human traffickers while Obama was Potus), so if it's "Trump's policy" to separate families then is it fair to say that "holding an election every 4 years" is Trump's policy too? You probably have some facts in there, when they fit your narrative, but to be honest you have a habit of ignoring a lot of facts to dodge relevant points/questions and you just come back with insults. Everyone reports at least some facts. EG, AJ+ is an extreme propaganda website but they post a lot of accurate, interesting things just to draw people in and to lend an air of credibility to their site and to make their propaganda seem more legitimate. Basically they say "Look we're cuddly Liberals, we just care about the TRUTH!" and then they go on an all-out anti-America, anti-hindu, anti-jew tirade for a few posts, make some posts about how terrorists don't really represent islam, and then post another story about bunnies. CNN reports on cyclones and tornados, they look like a "News network" and then they put their spin on everything imaginable. EG, a terrorist shoots up a gay bar yelling allahu akbar and they say "it's too early to call it a terrorist attack" so they call for a ban on legally-owned guns. So the deal is, eyeball, that if you want to be in a debate you need to respond to factual claims/questions, and not switch the topic or resort to name-calling.
