OK, can you explain to me where you've seen evidence that he committed those crimes? No one has ever said that they actually have any. Russian collusion is obviously a snipe hunt now, because if it was really a thing then Hillary is known to be guilty of it. Think of this - the "big thing" now is whether or not Trump knew that his son attended a meeting with a Russian woman who said she had election dirt on Hillary. How bad is it to listen to what someone else offers to tell you? Is it worse to look for Russians to help you, and pay them money to work for you, like Hillary did? I think so. National enquirer? Check out snopes. Emails that the FBI informed her, and the company maintaining her servers, were to be saved were destroyed after they were subpoenaed. McCain was a "Republican" too. I don't think that it's enough to just "fire" people like McCabe who were known to have altered witness statements. I think that the people who lied to congress under oath should face prosecution. Every document that Strzok signed, and every official statement and directive that he made, needs to be examined now to find out if his bias resulted in malfeasance.

1) The bulk of the information used to get a FISA warrant came from the dossier complied by Fusion GPS, for Hillary Clinton, by some Russians and a Brit, to influence an election. AKA, Russian collusion. 2) The FISA court, like any other, isn't supposed to deal with unverified information. The FBI wasn't supposed to present a complete work of fiction to the judge - it was supposed to largely verified. Most of the dossier was unverified and some was known to be true at the time it was presented (it went through the FISA court 4 times). As of now the bulk of the information provided by Christopher Steele has been found to be completely inaccurate. 3) Disclosures are extremely important in the legal system, they're not just a formality. You can't get anyone to sign a legal document before important disclosures are made to them or in most cases the document is null and void and as a professional you can face serious discipline. It's no less important to make disclosures before you present a document to a judge. The source of the dossier being Hillary is an important disclosure (they made their payments through a law firm to try to hide the paper trail), as well as the fact that one of the FBI officials presenting it and investigating the matter is married to one of the people that created it (Bruce and Nelly Ohr). That's not an admission that the dossier was bunk, but those facts needed to be disclosed to the judge and then the judge gets to decide whether or not they're relevant. 4) a lot of things in the dossier were junk 5) The dossier was theoretically corroborated independently (an important step in the verification process) by a news story, but the source of the news story was the same person who compiled the dossier. So it was essentially a self-corroborating evidence, which is a true oxymoron. Argus do you know how many FBI and DOJ officials have been fired, demoted, or resigned? How many people have been caught lying to Congress under oath about matters related to the Trump-Russia collusion investigation?
