The Liberal candidate in our riding has never even visited it. She has never been more than 700km near it. Same with the next riding to ours. They know they haven't a snowball's chance in hell of winning in either riding, so they parachute two unknowns in. Total losers.

I didn't watch anything to do with the whole crapola. I care less for the monarchy than I do for dirty underwear.

I'm waiting for Jack layton to say that we should have sat down with bin Laden and discussed our differences over tea.

Politicians ALL insult our intellect when they think we will believe the lies they all make in campaigning. Every party does it.

If anybody staarted this rumour, it is the Liberals. They stand to lose much more to the NDP than the Tories ddo.

I guess it is no secret that the Liberals will be seeking a new leader after this election, especially if the NDP becomes the official opposition. Ignatieff has bitten off more than he can chew.

I shall rejoice by eating some chocolate eggs.

I'm more willing to point the finger at NDP supporters. That party seems to appeal to some of the more undesirable elements in society.

Don't be surprised to see Justin Trudeau run for leadership using his daddy's name as his platform.

Or a savvy politician.

Harper knows it is political suicide to bring up abortion, and to change the laws regarding it. He himself may be against it, but he is smart enough to know to not tamper with it.

I watch that every week. Great program.

His party isn't getting my vote anyway. Nor is his possible "coalition partner".

Watching the news this evening, and Ignatieff is now saying that a coalition with the NDP is possible. Isn't this the man who just last week said there was no way he would form a coalition government? The man changes his mind more than his underwear.

Why is it every time there is a revolt in an Arab nation, somebody immediately says" Oh! The Muslim Brotherhood will take over!!"?

Is anybody else having to use an advanced poll? I am out of town on voting day, so I will vote on Friday afternoon. First time I have done this. Anybody else?

I'm still in favour of divesting ourselves of that lingering colonial office - the monarchy.

Now how can you possibly deny anything to the self proclaimed "God's gift to Canada"? Don't you realize that would invite divine retribution?

Are you saying the queen ISN'T a foreigner? Last I saw, she does NOT have Canadian citizenship.

I would like to run, but I am too honest. In the debates, I would tell people NOT to ask me for anything, because I don't care about them. All I want is that parliamentary pension. Unlike the others, I would be outright with it. The people wouldn't elect me because I won't lie to them or give them empty promises.

Here's an idea. Let's get rid of the monarchy altogether. Canada doesn't need a foreign monarch as head of state.

There was a candidates debate here yesterday. The Liberal candidate didn't show up. I guess she didn't know how to get here from Vancouver.

Kinda like Trudeau's promise to not raise gas 16 cents/gallon? That was a promise he kept. He raised it 12 cents, and 20 cents, and one time 17 cents, but NEVER 16 cents.

I guarantee that I NEVER tell my wife she looks fat in anything!!
