Of course I never said that. I i in fact said ...please do not presume to tell any of us Jews about what anti-semitism is or where it comes from or what we should be afraid of. “Jews survived all the defeats, expulsions, persecutions and pogroms, the centuries in which they were regarded as a pariah people, even the Holocaust itself, because they never gave up the faith that one day they would be free to live as Jews without fear.” — Jonathan Sacks That is why I also politely asked that you please don't use the suffering of my people as a platform from which to rationalize negative beliefs as to all Muslims and/or to justify any anti immigration and anti refugee policy against anyone. All I see is you repeating back what Argus said which I now again argue uses anti-semitism as the latest pretext to incite fear and hatred of Muslimst o then use those fears and hatreds to create a justification to ban Muslims from coming to Canada and to fear the ones in Canada as ticking time bombs. Give me a break. Please do not expect me to believe you and Argus simply want an anti-semite test in the pre-screening interview for all immigrants and refugees. In fact you two and all the other anti-immigrant and anti-refugee speakers have yet explained or offered one objective test to screen undesireables let alone define undesireables. Not one of you has provided any objective basis to show Canada is over-run by Muslim terrorism or any other terrorism linked to refugees. I again ask please do not use the past, present or potential future misery of my people or the existence of anti-semitism or specific terrorist or extremist Muslims or other depraved people as your shield of justification to negatively stereotyping or hate anyone. Here if you can't get it have this 14 year old explain it with these 3 quites:: What is done cannot be undone, but one can prevent it happening again. Those who have courage and faith shall never perish in misery. No one has ever become poor by giving. You lift out of the body for what may be seconds, minutes, hours, I am not sure, but you do and you realize, now hang on, all of this is the material world of physical tense and human bodies and human made negative decisions but it doesn't end there or begin there. That's the best I can explain it. Terrorism is designed to make you fear not just terrorists but innocent people that you lump in as terrorists. Those people you lump in with terrorists can become terrorists because they pick up you claim they are and hate them giving them the impression the terrorists are right, everyone hates them in the West so they may as well be a terrorist. I do not play that game. Yah I had a kid look at me face to face and see a big Jewish Satan. I saw him recoil expecting me to grow larger and suck his eyes out. All I did is pull a worm out of a hole in his foot. I am not sure after that if he thought I was Satan. I didn't ask him. I stuck a tetanus shot in his arm, poured some disinfectant on his hole bandaged it and left as quick as I ran into him so I would not get stoned. No terrorism didn't get me to run from that boy and for all I know he went on to kill Israelis, other Palestinians or maybe he did not and moved to Canada and does stand up comedy or sells drugs. I do not know. I do not fear it. I used to be deathly afraid of myself. Now I have no feelings one way or the other. When you get older your feelings turn to how your prostate or back is doing.2 points

A lot of Liberal Jews can't bear to denounce behaviour within any other ethnic group. Either they're terrified of being labelled Islamophobes or they fear being accused of 'targeting' a group, as they themselves have been targeted. As one of my cites put it: Recently its founder, Yigal Carmon, observed that this Jew-hatred had spread to America and Europe where it was turning into “really violent threats based on Islamic texts”. And yet, he added, the American Jewish community targeted by such attacks was silent. “Not a protest, no public activity, nothing at all. They are afraid to be thought of as Islamophobic” Carmon’s observation is also true of British Jews. With a few exceptions over the years, the secular and religious leadership has been silent about Muslim antisemitism. Yet the problem is serious. This is because Jewish leaders equate Islamophobia with antisemitism. They have thus fallen for the Islamists’ propaganda ploy in making a grotesque comparison. The key difference is the distinction between truth and lies. For while antisemitism is based entirely on deranged fantasies about the Jewish people, Islamophobia labels as bigotry all adverse comment about Muslims, including truths about Islamic extremism and jihadi terrorism. Some people are indeed irrationally prejudiced against Muslims. But the term Islamophobia was coined to suppress rational, legitimate and necessary acknowledgment of the dangers within the Islamic world.1 point

I don't have "religious views". I'm not religious at all. I see religion as a behaviour modifier, sometimes an extreme behaviour modifier, nothing more. I think we'd all agree that if people of a certain race believed that no one could live in the same apartment building with them unless they were the exact same race that would be racist. I think we all know that if people of a certain religion believed that no one could live in the same apartment building with them unless they were the exact same religion that would be religious bigotry. We shouldn't be enabling extremist bigots, especially at the taxpayers' expense.1 point

I can understand the arguments made for constitutional monarchy against republic but I just can't understand why should anyone be remotely interested in the lives of the royals. I must be in the minority with my view because if nobody was interested in them the tabloids wouldn't go to the lengths as they do to make stories about the royals.1 point

I thought you'd still be concerned over possibly having to live with people who don't share your religious views. But don't worry. I'm sure there's many more Muslims you can have as neighbours.1 point

No. It's entirely normal in Western countries for the state, city or some company to give/place some apartment building(s) for specific people. It's done plenty. Look it up.1 point

Well, don't get me wrong, if someone escapes from Iran to Canada, I won't send them back But if they go back of their own free will ; I can't save them from themselves. You don't enjoy the protection of the Crown in Iranian airspace, you're on your own in there, if you get caught in the crossfire, that's on you.1 point

It is not complicated but contradictory, When you ban people regionally (from Muslim countries) you also ban Iranian females seeking freedom and equality. I believe immigration should be reduced to 150,000 as well but equally important Canada must become much more selective as who those 150000 will be on individual basis.1 point

The Canadian media is in overdrive trying to convince me that this was like a bunch of Quebecois being shot down by America over New Brunswick Reality check, Iranians who are dual citizens travel back to Iran at their own risk.1 point

I'm an older female and I am attracted to younger men, of which I have no small number trying to date me. Cannot imagine dating a 19 year old -- he needs to be able to carry on a conversation and know something of life and the world, and frankly, though a great body is lovely, I do think there is something lacking in you if that alone will satisfy you. Yes, they mostly want me for sex but quite a few want more and try hard to convince me they're worthy. So are older women attractive? By my experience, many, many men say yes.1 point

So wise! Though if I'm being honest the idea of "cold in winter" is so foreign to me as a Canadian, not sure I'll be able to wrap my head around his undoubtedly rigorous scientific methodology1 point

What concerns me is the fear that they may become a substantial number and try to impose their laws upon the western democratic societies. Though I am not a regional selectivity advocate but we do have to become much more selective as who we admit to come to West and filter those undesirable elements who have no respect for women's rights and equality or respect for western democratic values. That does not include a ban on regions but a ban on certain individuals from certain regions with undesirable beliefs.1 point

In 2018, a study by the Institute for Jewish Policy Research and the Community Security Trust revealed that anti-Jewish and anti-Israel attitudes were two to four times higher among Muslims than the population in general. Although the CST’s reports on antisemitic incidents don’t record religious affiliation, its ethnic breakdown of offenders suggests the proportion of Muslims involved is many times higher than their proportion in the population. Surely, if a particular group is disproportionately involved in hatred of Jews the community should denounce this? In this case, it does not. It brushes it under the carpet. What it targets instead is “Islamophobia”. In other words, the people in its sights aren’t Muslim antisemites but those who call out Muslim antisemitism and extremism. https://www.thejc.com/comment/columnists/melanie-phillips-we-must-call-out-the-muslims-who-hate-jews-1.4829191 point

This is Justin new talking points " lets blame the US" because Canadians understand that...They can get behind that, as we love to finger point the US. Lets keep the blame were it deserves to be, fully on Iran , be it an accident or intentional Iran pulled the trigger on that missile... It is Iran who is in full control of their airspace, not the US, Iran knew that the US would retaliate any military action that caused casualties, hence why the Irian alert...and yet Civilian air traffic is allowed to fly after only 2 hours after the rocket attack....COME ON...the US is good but unless those planes were fueled and on the tar mac ready to go, mission package already in hand........2 hours is not enough to plan an attack and execute it.... Next did Iran tell all inter national flights why the airspace was closed for 2 hours, and if so why did the Ukraine pilots decide it was a good time to get out of dodge, knowing there was a high probability of military action in the air...not only over Iran but over Iraq as well....and if they did not know anything why did Iran not tell them for their own safety, or once again why did they not close all air traffic for a longer period of time.... perhaps that was part of the plan, to put more westerns at risk... I don't think there is much talk about should the General have been killed, he was after all a man who supplied, trained, equipped foreign terrorist that have killed or maimed US and NATO troops, and I might add that includes our troops as well the good General had been suppling the Taliban forever....Trump signed off on his death 7 months previous, and an opportunity opened up and US armed forces decided to pull the trigger, was it the best time maybe not....but would they get another window maybe not...the Gen had huge balls to be traveling abroad in the first place... Justin was handling this like a professional at the start, and then he had to start talking off script, and blaming the US... WTF, even the media were steering this in that direction from the start... what a mess....and what do the Irian born Canadians want....they don't want Justins tears that is for sure, they want the Irian military labeled as terrorist...they don't blame the US they blame Iran, we should all take a page from their play book...1 point

If I had a time machine I'd go back and blow the whistle on England's request that America overthrow a peaceful democracy. I wonder how many issues that would have raised? That said I wonder why Truman hasn't been excoriated for not blowing the whistle? He's as much of a coward as Eisenhower actually.1 point

The author's name is at the top of the article in very large letters. When did you live in Cote d'Ivoire? I assume you are extremely familiar with the country to discount what is said in the article - again - WITHOUT EVEN READING IT.1 point

Was Canada so concerned about "increased tensions" caused by other Iran inspired events in the region ? Were Canadian nationals advised not to travel in the area ? Did Canada refuse to deploy 500 troops in the region because it might "increase tensions" with Iran ? Nope. News flash to Canada....President Donald Trump was elected to "increase tensions" with Iran.1 point

Did I make up the Ottawa Police Service Most Wanted list? We're talking about the civilized world, where such groups are not expected to survive the attentions of police long enough to grow. Feel free to post cites of large child sex rings in western countries made up of evil white people. Because you can't. You're just bitching and whining because you can't stand anyone pointing out the flaws in your beloved Islam.1 point
