https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bernie-sanders-campaign-announces-it-will-cut-hours-to-pay-staffers-15-minimum-wage-prompting-mockery And these aren't even entry-level positions. This wage is for "junior field organizers". Sanders brought in tens of millions of dollars based on his platform of bringing in socialism and he's just now, at 77, finding out that his own policies suck lol.1 point

Your efforts to undermine and make light of a major issue is noted; also your efforts to marginalize and put down anyone who disagrees with you is also noted. Fortunately Langley didn’t clear the topless swimming event; they just sat on it and moved it forward to Sept. The language regarding gender (et al ) has become so warped as the repercussions of legislation and ideology are now playing out to the detriment of women, and, those who should be speaking out are silent. Not just silent but actually are accusing people of ….. but your slur here. This is not about ‘transphobia’ as some would have us believe nor is it about ‘hate, race or bigotry’, it’s about women having the right to say NO and not be bullied by people who don’t think their safety and feelings matter. The ideology has become corrupted, and the Yaniv mess is the by product of trans. activism/activists who seem oddly silent on this – why? One would think they would be appalled at how this person has corrupted their efforts to become 'normalized'. In the end, this is the result of trans. activism whereby those who see no problem with what is happening crystalize themselves as enablers e.g. those lacking in ethics, integrity, and plain old decency. To be clear, I don't believe all trans people are like this pervert but that isn't the issue. It's obvious that by allowing women's spaces to be open to anyone who identifies as a woman, would allow predators into their safe world. Shout that down if you will, but it's obvious that the abuse is happening, Yaniv is the first (that I know of) example. No doubt if allowed to continue there will be more.1 point

I doubt that. Nationalist leaders rarely work well together for obvious reasons and any deal would have to be approved by Congress. There are already rumblings there: https://www.irishtimes.com/news/politics/brexit-pelosi-warns-uk-not-to-jeopardise-belfast-agreement-1.3967768 I will leave it to conservatives to decide whether Trump is really one of their own.1 point

JFK was a right wing extremist by the standards of today's Progressive lunatics. And the right certainly does own the Moonshot, as it wasn't Kennedy who made it happen, it was Wernher von Braun. Deutschland uber alles once again.1 point

Such a trash post. Why should I go to ancestry.com and create a paid account just because you don't trust Kamala Harris's own father just to suit you? He has no reason to lie just to make his own family look bad. And FYI Harris's ancestry doesn't have to be 100% verified fact in order for this to be a story worth reporting on. Here's athought Bubber: try taking the set of standards that you're trying to impose on me and now use them on your Dem heroes, the FBI and CNN. They were stating UNEQUIVOCALLY for over two years that they HAD EVIDENCE that Trump colluded with Russia. Now we all know that not even the FBI has evidence that Trump colluded with Russia. We just all know that Hillary colluded with Russia. You stick up for your people when they're caught in an outright lie and you make unsubstantiated accusations against people who you know are not lying.1 point

The world should decide whether they want Trump interfering in their problems or not. It seems that if he gets involved, he's a tyrant, if he doesn't he's also a tyrant. The western world pretends they hate Trump, then hit the panic button if he threatens to pull support from NATO or the Iran deal. You can bet that if shyst goes down with Iran, the Brits will be hoping Trump is standing beside them.1 point

Let them worry....America has always been motivated by self interest, not universal improvement for the "vulnerable worldwide". No reason that should or would change with President Trump. If this is so important to other nations, they can spend the blood and treasure instead of expecting and insisting that the U.S. carry the bulk of the load. Nope....not even close....because....economics trumps virtue.1 point

It's pretty rich that those throwing around insults are those who seem to support and want to suppress discussion of perverts preying on young children along with forcing women to handle male genitals against their will. The shit smell that really stinks is catering to the suppression of women's rights and perverts and catering to the whims of a perverted man. You can't deal with a problem until you acknowledge it, but you are free to throw insults rather than fight for the rights of women and young children, so wallow in your own stink. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”1 point

No, it is absolutely not a fact that he's cuckoo for cocoa puff, whatever that means. You're entitled to your own opinion, however you're not entitled to your own facts. I can absolutely imagine a prime minister declaring that the UN is a joke. It would be refreshing for a politician to acknowledge reality. You may disagree, and is a completely valid opinion, but so is the opinion you're criticizing. Asserting that simply acknowledging the massive disfunctiion within the UN is tantamount to UFOs is intellectually dishonest, dumb, and just more nonsense. I actually think the opposite. Not acknowledging reality when it comes to the UN is more of a UFOs-are-real candidate. Because they're much more disattached from reality. *Sigh*, you're a broken record. Just as it's not crazy for somebody to criticize the disfunction of the UN, it's not crazy to want a seat, and be a part of the United Nations either. Are you aware that legitimiate disagreements on policy, whichever side, don't have to be considered crazy. They can just be differences of opinion. The constant need for one side to call the other side crazy for a policy disagreement needs to stop. It's juvenile.1 point

Mine too. But the Conservatives have a simple solution to keep Bernier from gaining popularity; grow a pair. Bernier has laid out a clear policy on a number of issues, from immigration to supply management and corporate welfare. What have the tories set out a clear policy on? Nothing. It's all vague promises because they're afraid of offending anyone with specifics. I got an email from my MP this morning in response to my telling him I wasn't going to vote for him again, reiterating the Tory 'immigration' plan. They will stop the flow of illegal border crossers (how?), reverse the damage Trudeau has done to the system (how?) and restore fairness order and compassion. Riiiight. Words designed to mean whatever you want them to mean, with no actual specifics to be bound to or criticized for. Sounds like business as usual to me. Ie, we're not going to do a damn thing different than Trudeau because we support mass immigration too. They're continuing to ignore the base as if the base has nowhere else to go, and play to the centre left. If they go down to defeat because of Bernier 100% of the blame will lie with their arrogance, incompetence, cowardice, and utter inability to read the will of their own base, much less the people of Canada.1 point

This is what you do. Someone says something like, "There's a lot of violence amongst XYZ population." MH: No there isn't. Others: Here's an example of what's going on and why we're talking about it. MH: You can't use an individual case to prove anything. Others: Here's 47 more examples. Now can we talk about it? MH: Now you're a racist/Islamophobe/ bigot/*insert any label* !!!1 point

Even the word 'hate' is a dumbass term that the idiots on the Left came up with for everyone who doesn't agree with their beliefs. You can't simply be prejudiced against someone now. No, you have to hate them! You can't just want fewer immigrants, you have to hate them all. It's typical of the neurotic feminism of the Left to use loaded terms like that. People become prejudiced against groups which do not behave in the way their culture says they ought to. Any group which acts noticeably different from the mainstream, esp if it acts in a way people consider harmful to the mainstream, will be the subjects of prejudice. That's especially so if that behaviour includes violence.1 point

When happened to all the other things that caused housing shortages in the past? I must have missed how and when those problems were eliminated. It seems AirBnb is the only thing causing problems now.1 point

I didn't say anything about non-white. Apparently your racist tendencies are coming to the fore since you instantly associated the descriptive terms I used with 'non whites'.1 point

That's why I loathe Justin Trudeau's ascension politically. Not hating on the guy, but he's just Prime Minister because of his name. We should feel ashamed to have elected this steaming sh(t as PM.1 point
