Certainly it should matter which verses?

Why wouldn't the article tell us that? It's pretty relevant.

Some verses would be unifying, others would be divisive.

Whaaaaaa! Millionaire crybabies paid to play a game don't like their work uniform requirement and are throwing tantrums.

Meanwhile, every minimum wage worker in the country wearing a uniform just wears the uniform and does their job.

Talk about entitlement...

They have a uniform policy for a reason. These guys are paid to wear the uniform and play ball.

That said, while it is contractually allowable for MLB to do these types of promotions, it is not in their best interest. They should stick to groups that are defined by accomplishments rather than politics. Like first responders, veterans, teachers, etc.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

Then why do they do it?

Out of principle?

False equivalency. A McDonalds uniform wasn't originally designed to mock your religion or symbol of a perverted sex cult

Pretty innocuous.

I like the idea of the rainbow being universal fellowship and harmony.

As it gets shoved down everyone else’s throat….

Which is the point here.

The point is that the Bible can unify.

Nothing in your post negates my post. 🙂

What is the point of the Bible to unify around?

There's lots:

Mythology, poetry, good advice, societal rules...

And that's just the old testament.

You mean the Bible can be twisted to accommodate queers.

That is false, of course, but nice try. ;)

Take the queer element out of it and you'll have yourself fellowship and harmony. ;)

And if you don't believe Jesus is god, you're going to hell.
