It says it was getting expensive, but still affordable but was getting "dangerously close' to being unaffordable at the time of the article. Close. But not there. And people don't need single detached homes in the city, so looking at those prices are stupid. As has been mentioned to you a million times. People live in condos which means townhouses and apartments. How did those do? According to YOUR SOURCE....\ "Condo apartments, on the other hand, remain comparatively more affordable—" OH NO!!!! They're AFFFORDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!! LOLOL And we knew this. I went through all the numbers with you. Even by the end of 2015 A family with kids could easily afford a nice four bedroom townhouse in a nice complex and live a good life. Once again your own stories prove you wrong. They literally say it was affordable. Large single detached homes we're getting expensive to the point where people couldn't afford them but that's not where people were living anymore and that's not what was being built anymore You could have a nice home and live comfortably and raise your kids and you'll be paying less than 30% of your gross income which is the definition of affordable But thanks for taking the time to prove I was right yet again. Maybe it's you who needs to start reading his own articles 2 hours ago, LinkSoul60 said: The minion is back 😂 And, look, you couldn't actually refute what he said. He's what, the fourth person besides me to call you out for this bullshit? You have absolutely no idea how stupid you look and you literally just proves posted an article that said in 2015 housing was affordable as I just quoted Quote "That which doesn't kill me... WestCanMan Posted May 15 Report Posted May 15 It's amazing how divided Canada has become in the past 10 years... In Canada we now have first nations chiefs only advocating for their own interests, against those of all of all other Canadians, and it's kind of set in stone for it to be that way forever now. The relationship wasn't so adversarial 10 years ago... We functioned as one democracy with a bunch of different people in it. It's hard to not feel animosity towards a very small minority of people wielding the bulk of power. 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. CdnFox Posted May 15 Report Posted May 15 4 hours ago, Moonbox said: Normal mentally healthy people don't post 40 times a day, Sure they do. It's fun to see you guys freak out in fact most people will either text and post to social media and such at least that many times a day. I find this a wonderful little mini break when i'm waiting for something at work Now, what does obsessing over my post count say about you? Moonbox has: 1. Insecurity and Social Comparison When someone obsesses over how frequently others post, they are usually trapped in the cycle of social comparison. They might be: [1] The "Scorekeeper": They view social media as a game. They monitor who posts more, who gets more engagement, and use these metrics to determine who is "winning" at popularity. Vying for Attention: They might be jealous of the attention the other person is getting and are using the post count as a tangible, quantifiable measure of that jealousy. [1, 2, 3, 4] 2. Hyper-Fixation and Checking Behaviors Repeatedly refreshing an account to track someone's posts often indicates a compulsion. This can be rooted in: [1] "Orbiting" or Spying: They may have a falling out with the person or a complicated romantic history and are watching the post count to read between the lines or see if they are active. OCD or Arithmomania: For some, compulsive counting or obsessing over digital tallies is tied to intrusive thoughts or the need to neutralize anxiety through rigid number-tracking. [1, 2, 3] 3. Misunderstanding the Medium Fixating on a post count is a classic sign of focusing on "vanity metrics". [1] Ignoring Relevance: In the eyes of platform algorithms, sheer volume means very little compared to high-quality engagement. Valuing Quantity Over Substance: The observer often mistakes how many times a person posts for actual influence, unaware that frequency is just a personal preference or a marketing tactic rather than a gauge of success. [1, 2, 3] Sounds like you better look at getting some help there kid Quote "That which doesn't kill me... Had better start running."

The relationship wasn't so adversarial 10 years ago... We functioned as one democracy with a bunch of different people in it. It's hard to not feel animosity towards a very small minority of people wielding the bulk of power. Well I don't think it's been divided by accident. Justin Trudeau paid very close attention to and even interacted strongly with the democratic party, to the point of looking at using their software. And Obama was definitely about the intersectional coalition, the idea of breaking people into groups and then saying " Your group should join me because I'll protect you against the larger group who's out to get you" Mostly whites in his case but the idea is an old one - And get them fighting with each other and then use that to control them by being the supposed "adult in the room" while all along you were the instigator. During the liberals time in office we saw them aggressively trying to turn the east against the west, the poor against the rich, the gaze against the straits, gun owners against non gun owners, urban versus Rural, english versus french, muslims versus christians and of course vaxxed vs unvaxxed..... Every single division he could think of he would create and then go to one side and say "there there, vote for me and i'll protect you from the other" It's an effective strategy and it's been used for literally thousands of years in politics. And the liberals have leaned into it heavily. Now they've divided us between Canada and America and insisted that they are the only ones that can protect poor Canadians against the evil Americans The left is all about hatred and bigotry these days, it is easy to weaponize them against any group and its effective. 1 Quote "That which doesn't kill me... While some argue for stricter verification of the findings [there were no "findings" at all, ever], many "Indigenous leaders and researchers" [divisive propagandists] characterize questioning the narrative as an attempt to undermine the established history of abuse and death in the residential school system. We live in a country where we are supposed to pay lip-service to a fictional genocide. I guess it's fair to say that lefties have always been really racist, but inventing a fake pile of kid-bones to accuse another race of a genocide is new here, afaik. That got me thinking though... There's a big hill out by where I grew up and I'm pretty sure that it's full of the bones of 300 kids that the first nations people killed and buried. No sense checking into though, because we don't want to disturb the bones. I think we'll just have to assume that it is kid-bones, and call anyone who questions it a racist. Maybe the right and the left, especially in North America, need to have a Gangs of New York sort of showdown. There must be a least a couple of thousand hatchets that need burying.
