I wouldn't make fun of any kind of physical impairment or mental decline. I saw it up close and personal with both my parents. I only point out that during the latter part of his term, Biden often appeared to be confused and at a loss for words. Not every time, but often enough. It's pretty clear someone else was making the decisions behind the scenes

I don't get the same impression from watching Trump. He routinely engages in lively back and forth discussions all the time. While you may never like what he says, he does speak with conviction and virtually no long pauses.

They are both old men (is Joe still alive?) and tasked with making decisions that affect the World.

Arguably one fk'd up in one direction and the other in the other direction

Likely both were (are) strongly influenced by the power dynamic behind them. Yah think?

So you believe that since bidens aids tried to cover up bidens worsening stutter as he aged, that donalds entire regime is justified in covering up his deteriorating faculties?

Because thats what's happening. 

Donalds increasingly showing signs of worsening dementia:

Increased aggression ( lashing out verbally at reporters, calling them names)

Increased lack of a filter (see above)

Physical decline, he shuffles instead of strides, loss of bladder or bowel control, he wears a diaper, he rambles and mispronounces words, cutting off in the middle of a sentence,  then going off in a completely different direction. 

He often appears confused and/or disoriented. A diplomat collapsed in his office and he didnt react.

Loss of inhibitions, again, the inappropriate lashing out and verbal degradation of reporters.

Psychiatrists around the globe have written research papers on the dangers of his rhetoric and mental decline.
