Guy shoots up a bunch of Jews at a beach un Australia, and left4rds would guess that it was a conservative who did it because that's what their "pulled outta arse stats" tell them, but they'd be wrong for the 99th time out of the last 100 mass-shootings, riot-killings and assassinations. The shooter was a muslim from Pakistan, who allegedly had an Australian gun license lol. I didn't think anyone in commie Australia could even get those anymore.

Buddy, just because muslims are 100,000,000 times more likely to kill people in order to satisfy their religious bigotry than anyone else is, doesn't mean that none of them know better than to murder families. There are a billion of them ffs. Some of them are fantastic people, who knew other fantastic muslims, and they grew up knowing never to cross any lines, so their view from the inside is cozy. Just follow all the rules and you don't get hurt.

Just like there are Christians who don't follow Christ's example or teachings, there are also muslims who don't follow mohamed's example or his teachings.

If you're gonna point a gun at someone, you'd better be prepared to use it. That "hero" wasn't. I wonder what the killer said when he was down and had a gun pointed at him. The "hero" should have shot the killer's leg at least. Imobilize him.

I am not going to question the guys actions as heroic, as charging anyone with a gun to disarm this is the essence of bravery and heroism. 

I will question the latter judgment in letting the guy go. 

However, many people are not prepared to kill. Its the entire reason militaries around the world spend so much time trying to train people, including the American military, so that they will act when the moment comes.

Shooting someone is deadly force. Your intentions matter not when it comes to physics of bullets and human anatomy and physiology. 

This is not the movies where you can shoot someone in the leg and they are just fine. Maybe... but there are bones that bullets can bounce off and then there are major arteries there as well.

No, it was in the Pakistan that committed two genocides, both in the millions, in the post-WWII era. 

Not with bombs or any other impersonal, at-distance weapons, either. They did it all with machetes, gasoline, clubs, ropes, and other hand-carried weapons. It was all up-close and personal. They're just a lovely bunch of people, and all of their best friends were the ones started the war against Israel on Day 1 of Israel's existence. Palestine's friends are all pro-genocide nations. Even Iran's entire Quds Force is dedicated to genocide against Israelis...
