Not if they're legal.  And so far that seems to be the case. 

I can't think of a president who didn't kill people without trial in other countries. Obama killed bin laden in pakistan for example. No trial, wasn't at war with that country or anything, just killed him. Used drones to kill dozens and dozens of 'suspected' terrorists.  

So, unless a court or the like shows it to be illegal it's probably legal. I don't know if it's a good idea but it doesn't seem to be murder.

Murder is legal for Trump, for most representatives, and for the police because they live in sin. When justice depends on who you are, it is not justice — it is injustice.
