The Law he talks in Mt 5 is this Law here:

Mt 7.12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

About murder:

Mk 10.19 You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother

You cannot punish Trump for his recent murders and his crimes towards the palestinians but the police has to arrest him and take him out of the way, he committed enough crimes and only one is already too much to stay as president.
