The war on Venezuela is just a distraction from Trump's MANY current SCANDALS; chief among them the Epstein FILES/EMAILS.

What scandal? The law was signed. You got nothing left now.

Narco-terrorists, my foot. Who believes this claptrap? It’s all to keep Trump supporters occupied while he rapes the country.

Oh, you are a believer in the conspiracy theory too! That everyone in the military chain of command, all the way from Sec Def down to the sailors on the ships, is all part of this elaborate plot to blow up poor innocent families just out enjoying a picnic on their sailboat...

It’s all performative cruelty. Instead of blowing them up, why not arrest the boat operators and bring them to trial?

This is a military engagement, not a law enforcement operation.

They have been blowing up pangas, which have a range of about 150 nautical miles, tops.

So, we are expected to believe that these boats are bringing drugs to the USA? It’s 1700 nautical miles to Miami.

This same obtuse point has been refuted over and over again here. As if all drug smuggling operations are all a direct flight to the streets of Chicago. Non-stop delivery from the drug farms in the jungle right to your door! No middleman at all!

Any drugs on board this boat would probably have ended up in Europe.

Is there a point in here?

What do you think the families of addicts would say to killing drug runners? Just because the left has successfully created a drug-runner-victim class does not mean it is wrong to kill the people responsible for killing 288 people a day.

Politics is the art or science concerned with winning and holding control over a government?

There is no right or wrong way to do this .......... there is only a 'winning'  way.

To pursue an agenda that is obviously failing and attempting to pi$$ down the electorates back and telling them it's rainfall is a failing strategy.

The objective re: Venezuela is regime change ............ nothing wrong with that .......... ......... don't pi$$  down the people's back with this foolish drug interdiction argument. It's getting foolish....... foolish on steroids.

10 Largest Aircraft Carriers in the World - Largest.org

..........REALLy? For drug interdiction on swift boats?

Coast Guard has been doing this  for ........EVER ...... and more effectively.

It is the losing political arguments that should be a concern - they  are stupid and definitely not effective.

A few facts .....

Fentanyl is up to 40 times more potent than heroin and roughly 100 times more potent than morphine.

Almost all (96%) was intercepted at the south-west border with Mexico

The claim that Venezuela is producing or shipping fentanyl into the U.S. is central to recent U.S. rhetoric, but independent analyses and watchdogs say there is no proof that fentanyl is being manufactured or trafficked from Venezuela or broadly from South America

Trump can't run again so he doesn't give a rats ass about political rating nonsense. One would have thought that would be common knowledge by now.

RE: Trump can't run again?

Of course that is not to say he can't  be  President  again?

..... I'm a bit draconian in wanting to see the strategy ..........  but it could happen.

It’s weird how the people who call out Trump’s lies are accused of being deranged, instead of the people who so gullibly believe them.

Nothing captures the gullibility better than arguing things like the survivors of the 'double tap' boat were trying to flip it upright again. While most likely injured from the first tap and with about 700 lbs of outboard engines hanging off the stern not to mention the weight of the hull and fuel...?   LMAO!

Its worse than gullibility its outright willful ignorance and suspension of disbelief.

What information do you have on this strike that you are referencing to make your conclusions?

How... how can it happen again? What exactly is the plausible way for this?

The fact I've been driving boats with 700 lbs of outboard engines hanging off the stern for almost 50 years.

When a boat like that flips it stays flipped until another boat with the required deck machinery shows up on scene.

Even a swabbie on the lowest decks of an aircraft carrier knows this. Gullible Americans know it too,but I just don't think you give a fùck.

So... none.

The admiral in charge sought legal advice from JAG before the second strike, got approval it was lawful, based on the circumstances.

I will go with his take on this before yours.

That's because you're a gullible fool. I bet I have more sea time and boat handling experience than you and Admiral Double-tap put together. That he even tried to float such a ridiculous scenario will most assuredly be giving anyone who's even spent a day at sea near such a boat a good laugh.

He probably wears his brown pants when he goes to sea.

Right...

I believe the actual professionals who were there, people with direct, first-hand knowledge and experience, instead of some random internet person who, quite frankly, has proven to be a repeated liar and person of low character.

Hey, I suppose being a dope boat and all those guys coulda been all jacked up with plenty enough maniacal strength to flip a ton of boat or more over.

But it's probably likelier Admiral Shitstain has just watched to many Team America World Police reruns.

When that boat was hit in the stern, those engines broke off and sank RAPIDLY. That bow they were clinging to would never go any where except drifting with the current.

.............. there are several ways it could be done .......... although a National Crisis could delay a General, it would need SCOTUS approval to extend the delay........ and delay....... and delay?

If u rule the courts u rule the land.

The other way would be to have a General with Trump off the ballot (of course)- post win, Trump is designated V.P. .......... elected POTUS steps down for health reasons.

The weakness in your argument is 'elected'?

So… *any* national crisis that could delay an election here would apply to *any* President, not just Trump.

Trump doesn’t rule the courts. The nonsense with a former President being the VP has been extensively debated before now and is not constitutional.

You have no argument, just vague generalizations to irrationally fear monger.
